LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS OFFICE!!! HAD A FEW VISITS ALREADY AND THE DENTISTS ARE AWESOME AND THE GIRL IN THE FRONT IS AMAZING WITH BOOKING MY APPOINTMENTS AND SHE KNOWS MY INSURANCE. SHE IS AND ALWAYS VERY ACCOMMODATING AND PLEASANT!!

I wouldn't give them any stars the woman in the front office is soo rude and acts like she owns and runs the whole dental office the Dr herself has no voice when trying to reach out we never received a call back her attitude was very bad and she acts like she's better then everyone I would never go back we felt worst than better and never did anything to contact us I would never recommend this office it's horrible....

It was Spring 2017 when these people told me that periodontal disease can be cured with a special procedure. (*Periodontal disease cannot be cured, it can only be maintained). They wanted to schedule for it immediately. I never went back. As it turns out, I don't even have periodontal disease. Thanks Dr. Jafarifa. #smh

Muy mal servicio. Tengo dos Aseguranzas y me mandaron a cobrar porque solo aplicaron una por error. A parte solo por checar cobraron mucho y al final no hicieron nada en mis dientes . No lo recomiendo

Best dentist and staff i have ever been to, I had plenty of visits so far and the dentist is excellent and the front desk girl. My dental office for life

I went to this dentist as a referral because I am new to the area. I scheduled an appointment and took my young child with me. After receiving x-rays, I made an appointment for me to have treatment done. The receptionist called me, and we discussed my insurance and what work would be done at my next scheduled appointment. I called the day of the appointment and was not only told that what we discussed wouldn't be done, but that an entirely different dentist would be doing part of the work (we discussed preferred dentist when I scheduled the visit). I informed the receptionist that I wanted to speak with the dentist, and she refused. I am a professional and was nothing but professional when explaining why I wanted to speak to the dentist. The receptionist informed me that I should go elsewhere and that she would not schedule an appointment. I was taken aback. I asked again about speaking with the dentist and asked if we could carve some time out before my next scheduled appointment so that I can discuss treatment with the dentist. I was again told no and was informed that the owner dentist gives her authority to talk like she did and tell patients to go elsewhere. I have never experienced anything like this. I would in no way recommend this establishment. It appears to be hit or miss and the first encounter is with the front desk staff. I thought I found a great family dentist. Unfortunately, that is not the case.

Arranged my schedule specifically to get in with this dentist. They call me 2 days before my scheduled appointment to move me back 3 hours. The women who called was extremely rude with a take it or leave it attitude.

Don’t go here horrible service front office staff was very arrogant and wouldn’t even re schedule a simple consultation. Better off going anywhere else

My husband and I just moved to the Las Vegas area almost a month ago now from Northern California. Three nights ago my front tooth which had a veneer on it cracked in my mouth leaving me looking both hideous and in a lot of pain! I went on- line and found Dr. J! She took me under her wing immediately and was able to very quickly and painlessly take off my cracked top tooth Veneer and begin prepping me for a crown. I was extremely pleased with both her professionalism towards me as her patient, as well as her sound experience! Together we discussed the need for me to now switch to a crown as opposed to a new veneer! The way she handled my level care, the way she made me feel like I was not just a patient but rather a family member really resonated with me! Not only was my level of care excellent in both her hands as well as her hygienists, but I also very much appreciated the entire staff members dedication to keeping us as patients all safe during this brutally unforgiving Corona Virus pandemic! Firstly, the office only sees patients during this pandemic! Secondly patients must call the office first upon arriving to the facility for their dental care needs, before entering! The front desk staff take patient vitals, and ask that patients utilize hand sanitizers and keep social distance between them and us as patients! The office is incredibly sanitary, very respectful towards patients on every level, and very reasonable financially! The staff provides patients with exactly the care they need, without pushing other costly cosmetic procedures upon their patients! Under the loving, pain- free, very meticulous level of care of Dr. J and her amazing staff, I have now found a dental care practice for life!❤❤❤- Yours truly, Niloufar M- Weiss

Nice little place they have! My ma referred me to them, which is rare since my ma is so picky, and their prices are very reasonable (especially if you have to pay without insurance). The dentist has a nice hand, didn't even feel anything when they were deep cleaning my teeth. The rest of the staff are very friendly as well! :D Overall, nice place to go to get my teeth fixed up (and there's a liquor store nearby where I can get something for the road ;3)

I started seeing Dr. J in 2007 and even when her practice was not approved by my insurance carrier I continued to go on my dime since their practice is the BEST!! I am like family there and really enjoy going to the dentist here since meeting Dr. J.

Dr J has been my dentist for few months. She's the best dentist/ listener I have ever had . She listens to my concerns and get to the point to fix it . Multiple time I have been to her office as I had deep clean done . I have no fear and let her do whatever it needs to be done . One particular tooth was giving me pain and i reached out to her and bamn it's fixed. I owe you Dr J Thank you Suresh

Dental service where good but the accounting back office is horrible. I had a crown that got denied because of how the office submitted to my insurance. My previous dentist had recommended twice I have a root camel and crown because the tooth was cracked and had several fillings. My dentist said tooth could fall apart if tried to fill. This was the same that preferred recommended. I had the work done and paid the uncovered part then a month later received a bill saying insurance wouldn’t pay. I did some research and talked to the insurance they advised it was the way the claim was submitted that it did not mention a freacture or decay. I contact preferred and advised them they needed to resubmit and include this info which they did and a few weeks later the claim was denied again I talked to insurance and they said there was no new info provided by the dentist. I then called my previous dentist and had them email me there recommendation and X-ray which they provided. I sent to preferred and request the resubmit aspeak again and resubmit. My appeal is currently pending with my insurance but today I got a new bill from preferred for my husb cleaning saying we owe $50 for a cleaning he had apparently a deductible which we do not have a deductible for cleanings. I contact the insurance and they confirmed this is true but the claims was submitted as a deed cleaning. My husband had a deep cleaning the end of last year and we paid $350. The cleaning he recently had was just a refurbished cleaning. My point is this. I have never had a claim denied from my insurance and I’ve had allot of dental work. If you want to go to a dentist where you have to watch the accounting and expect to get bills with notes saying insurance didn’t pay with no explanation then go here. If you don’t want the headache of doing their job go somewhere else and save yourself the stress. Very sad because I felt the services where ok. I hope this help someone. Thanks.

I have been going to Dr. J and her staff for the past couple of years. I have never had a bad experience, everyone is very friendly. Making an appointment is very easy, they always have something available and work with what time is best for you. I am not planning on going anywhere else while I live in Vegas.

Awesome dentist and friendly staff. I was always terrified to go to the dentist. Now I'm not...they will be my dentist from now on. They made sure I was comfortable and cared what I had to say.

I have been going to Dr. Salmeh, since she opened the practice 10 years ago. My opinion is definitely top quality work, at a fair price. She is a Doctor who cares about her patients first, instead of the bottom line, like other Las Vegas Dentist do. If you want the Best, first go see Dr Jafarifar.

I had a great visit, I didn't have to wait a month for an appointment. convenient hours, friendly staff, knowledgeable doctor, and as a patient without insurance, reasonably priced. I highly recommend Preferred Family Dentistry.

Dr. J is one of the most caring people I have come across in the medical industry. She is exceptional at what she does and really cares for her patients. I can't recommend Dr. J and her team enough.
