I think I have left a good review for this dentist a couple years back, but LINDSEY the “office manager” clearly did not have her coffee this morning. The way she was talking to me was absurd. I was speaking to one lady and she was nice and she said let me put you on a brief hold so I can schedule your appointment I said ok take your time. Lindsey got on the phone and said “is there something I can help you with” I’m like no? I was speaking to the lady and she put me on hold and she said “well I’ve already spoke to you and I already said you cannot have a cleaning this visit and if you want a cleaning you need to find a dentist that will accommodate you” mind you when we spoke the Beginning of the week I was at a funeral so I couldn’t really catch everything that’s why I called back. Lindsey needs to learn how to talk to patients. If you don’t like your job find you one where you don’t have to interact with customers cause this ain’t for you babes.
