Everyone is extremely friendly and I feel so comfortable with Dr Staten. I wouldn’t go to any other dentist in town. She’s the best! I’ve had several procedures done with her and she’s meticulous and professional. Just had my annual cleaning and Nicole my hygienist did a great job as well. What an absolutely refreshing experience coming into Dr. Staten's office. As soon as I walked through the door I was welcomed with friendly faces and exceptional care from Nicole and Dr. Staten. I am 77 years old. I was born in Chicago, lived in San Jose 40 years and have been in Las Vegas since 2014. As you can imagine I have gone to a lot of dentists. Because I could afford it most were top rated. But none, that's none, have even come close to the outstanding care I receive from Desert Hills Dental. I absolutely do not recommend coming here if you do not enjoy being in pain. I had some fillings that I needed help with so the doctor did 5 fillings on my right side. Since then I have been back in office to have them “adjusted” or redone and having consistent pain while eating. No one would listen to me describing the level of my pain and now I literally cannot bite down on anything at all on the right side of my mouth. It has been over a month of back and forth and now their office is closing for 3 weeks. I am completely SOL for the next several weeks, and the end of which I am also leaving the state, meaning that I am unable to receive any assistance with the pain that I am in and was supposed to be fixed by this dentist. I think this is absolutely unacceptable because I communicated many times and begged for them to listen to what was bothering me, but no one cared enough. Now I am committed to this bad dental work and being in pain. Thanks a lot.

Dr. Staten and her team are the best I have ever met. I had toot that need crown. The toot is very low and almost invisible from the gums. I went to two different dentists and they refused to make me a new crown. They said need surgery before that. Doctor Staten and her team did my beautiful new crown just for one hour! Amazing!
