I have been coming here since 2005. always good experience. in recent months, new dentist and staff and it has been the worse. first I was cancelled in February two days before my appointment because they had seminar. then they rescheduled me for a 6pm appointment in March. I show ed up and they said I was down for 5:20pm - no! then they rescheduled me for March 29 - I called to confirm and they have me down for April 12 - I'm done. and the office Manager (jordan?) no customer service skills at all!

The most horrible, disrespectful, and awful experience ever! I was scheduled for May 2015. They called me a day before and rescheduled for August 2015. They called me again the day before my appointment and rescheduled for November 2015. And again, they called me and rescheduled for January 2016. And again called and rescheduled me for February 2016. And of course I was expecting they will call me to reschedule again, and they did! I finally got to this dental office March 23, 2016. I was scheduled for 2pm and because of my work schedule I asked them on the phone if it's ok if I'll get there at 2:20pm. They said sure, no problem. When I got there I started to put all my information on the paper the lady at the front desk gave me. 3 minutes later she came back and asked me if it's ok she will reschedule my appointment again for different day. I said of course NO! I was driving from Summerlin approx 10 miles, skipping my work. She said I will NOT have my appointment today, because the doctor is busy, and the only one option I have is to reschedule. This is the most horrible and disrespectful experience I've ever had at the doctors facilities. I would gave to this place 0 star rating. I will never bother myself again with this dental office. I will never recommend it to anyone. Never again. Good luck with your business Desert Point Dental!

I was scheduled with my husband to get an appointment since May 2015. Every time right before our appointment they were rescheduling for different day. They did it a few times. Finally when we got to the office and were waiting for the doctor the lady came and told us they can't treat us together today and we can come back the other day. I felt so stupid wasting my time! This is so ridiculous!! I will never waist my time there again!
