Ten years ago i stopped going to see Dr Su despite of how good her work is because her office service is terrible as well their continuos gossip while you are on the chair. Also the office charged me for missing an appt that they had created months before and failed to remind me of that appt. Despite me leaving the office my husband continued to see her and dealing with all the talking while on the chair. This weekend he had an emergency with a partial missing tooth and went in and had the impressions done. A deposit was requested which he complied. Today, he called in to check the status to encounter the rudeness of the receptionist who after checking with DR Sue proceeded to tell my husband to come in tomorrow to get his money back and they will NEVER EVER do a partial for him. For real!!! After 10 years of buying expensive tooth brushes and toothpaste, teeth whitening and overall continued loyalty, you hv to be kidding me!! This woman on phone used super rude and loud tone with my husband to the point that i could her over the phone. To be submitted to this kind of bad service and abuse is truly uncalled for specially with a dentist. i hope that many people read this review and hv an impact on your business. People deserve better.
