Mountain Dental Group

I don’t know who handles the accounting for place but it’s TERRIBLE. I just got a certified collection letter from my visit on 4/21/21. I’ve been in there several times and every time they say it will be fixed? This place is JOKE and unprofessional! I owe ZERO $ to these people. Now i have to waste my time and talk to them AGAIN! thanks to mountain dental group.

This is the first time that I have felt comfortable with a dentist: I feel like I had honesty and caring for the first time in the office of Mountain Dental group and especially with Dr. Ashley Perkins and her assistant, Jaylen. The entire office is welcoming and caring while still being professional, from when you first walk in to when you leave after seeing the dentist, including the finance coordinator! For the first time ever, I do not have anxiety coming to the dental appointment!

In 2021 I had work done and a crown pit on that was supposed to have a 10 year warranty. The crown broke a year later after I had moved out of state. The plus side is that they honored it. The down side I that I had to fly back to Nevada to have it taken care of at my own expense. Just 1 day before my flight, they called to try to cancel and reschedule. Not an option so they made it work. Since having them fix it, I have been getting these bills for service 20 months ago that they are now saying my insurance would not cover. If this was owed, why so long to actually bill me. Very sketchy billing practices.

It’s such an amazing Dental Clinic 🥰 Everyone from the front desk to the dentist chair is awesome. I’ve been going there since they first opened….Thanks for all you do!!

Dr Ashley Perkins is THE BEST!!! I recommend anyone of any age to go see her!!!

45 minute wait staff cares only about your money. They are affiliated with diamond dental both places are horrible and are only interested in your money . The staff are rude and non caring I've dealt with 2 dentists that had two completely different answers to my question. Its scary stay far away!!!!!!

Poor excuse for a dental group. All they are interested in is up selling the client from start to finish. The Dentist is like a used car salesman and the hygienist did a drive by on my teeth cleaning. Save your time and money, go elsewhere!

Overcharged. I’m not happy with my service. They just put my crown last June and it was broken while I’m sleeping. They charged me $6k out of the pocket and charged my insurance $3k and I pay 308$ for deep cleaning which is they didn’t do. No my insurance filed a grievances for me and they’re doing investigations. Now that my crown needs to be fix I don’t wanna go back to this doctor so I have appointment to a different doctor now. I’m very disappointed and feel depressed about what happened. For 3 weeks I don’t have teeth at the front because I can’t get any early appointment to any doctor. If I can give zero star to this doctor I’ll give zero star. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎💩

I went in to get my wisdom tooth pulled yesterday. They took great care of me, made sure I understood everything that was going to happen, and ensured I had a safe way to get home. Every time I go, the staff is super welcoming and accommodating. I would definitely recommend them!

Overall the experience was not very good. Wait time was very long, the dental assistant mus have been new , equipment was falling off her hands and it seems like she needed more training very slow and seemed confused.Dr Yanga was very nice and professional. Prices also had gone up the roof they have increased their prices so much.

I have the best team that made sure i am taking care of. Dr. Perkins and Mell are the A team. They explain the procedure to me in details. They have firm hands but are gentle. They made sure I was comfortable. Mell is excellent at what she does. She makes my dentures fit perfectly without needing any adhesive. Employees like them needs a raise. Thank you Dr. Perkins & Mell. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

So I’m sitting in the lobby and over and over I hear customers saying “I already did that” when told to fill out paperwork or make payments then the receptionist repeats herself over and over while not listening. Then it turns out had to X-rays AGAIN! new name: Redundant Dental

Dr. Perkins installed two implants. Very good experience. She talks you thru each and every step she does. The shots to numb me were the only thing that was uncomfortable. She checked on my the following day. Never had that before!!!

Haven’t been to a dentist in ages but I’ve needed my wisdom teeth taken out and the staff here made me feel very comfortable during my first visit! Was helped by Aylin in the beginning who was super friendly and made the process better than I expected. My dentist, who I believe was Vincent, also gave me the information I needed very clearly and I was scheduled quickly to take care of what I needed!

First time visit & everyone was friendly! Aylin & Dr. Wang were great & very informative!

Everyone at this dental place is wonderful, makes you feel safe and care for. Aylin the dental assistant was amazing!! She really make me feel like I was talking to a friend and and not a nurse very helpful and answered all of my questions. Thank you mountain dental for an amazing service.

Dr. Perkins is the best ever!!! Take’s a lot of pride and gives the best service. Including, the best very seasoned assistant MEL. Mel is very experienced got me in and out especially when making my crown. I’ll make sure to ask for that duo… AWESOME TEAMWORK
