If I could give this office zero stars I would I highly suggest not coming here the assistant that helped me was doing x-rays and while she was taking x-rays she kept hurting me I told her it was hurting me and cutting me and she said that's how it was she then put blame on me stating I wasn't relaxing my tongue when she moved to the other side I told her again that it was hurting and with attitude she told me so what do you need a minuet I then told her I would not be moving forward with the appointment and to stop x-rays I told the front staff what happened and they apologized and said that they wouldn't want that to happen to them either and if I would like to proceed with someone else and I told them thank you but no I left and then received a message stating they would like to send me the x-rays via email I called the office and explained my x-rays were not finished and they told me they were however I stated no they weren't due to me stopping the assistant while she was trying to collect them they said I will still be billed and asked if I would like to come back at 245 however I contacted my insurance and they said they would take care of the x-rays and that the way I was treated was unacceptable and not to move forward with the appointment the dentist should really address this issue with the assistant I called the office and they verified her name is Jasmine

The worst dentist in Las Vegas. You have insurance but can’t be seen due to supposedly having two insurances. They’re so lazy that I couldn’t call to verify if plans are active they wait until you get there a week later to provide you that information when my plan is active. It should have been done with the initial phone call but no to be a billing and coding they let anyone in.

I’ve had several experiences at this dentist and time and time again the ladies at the front desk have continued to exhibit passive aggressive behaviors toward me and have made me feel extremely uncomfortable even being there. Micro aggression is something I personally cannot tolerate and this location will no longer get visits from me. (The dentists in the back are okay)

Cannot stand this dentist office. Rude staff, ridiculous cancellation fees, bad dental work, wasting time coming to appointments for Dr.'s that are off, regardless of being scheduled for a procedure only that Dr. can perform. Average wait time to get an appointment is about a month.
