I have been to Pearly Whites twice, and both times have been a very pleasant experience. The front office staff, as well as the dental hygenist, were very personable, pleasant, and made me feel very comfortable. Speaking of comfort, while my teeth were being cleaned I had the option of receiving a neck pillow, watching television, and I was given glasses to ensure nothing got in my eyes. Everything about Pearly Whites is modern and professional, and I am certainly happy I chose them as my new dental clinic.

Pearly Whites has been my dental office for nearly 5 years now. Their team is so consistently professional, caring, precise, and pain free! Their attention to the smallest details is what captures my attention. Each time I visit I'm asked if I'd like a warmed neck pillow - today it was scented with lavender. They've got flat screen TVs on the ceiling to watch while you get your cleaning, (or other procedure), and they give you the remote! From the greeting by the office staff when you enter, until they walk you back to the front at the end of your appointment, you will feel well taken care of.

Update: They keep sending me bills for services I did not get and ask for money. Definitely AVOID this place. Shady as hell. After spending almost 2 hours waiting just for a first time routine check there, I think the doctor cares about the $$$ more than she cares about the patients' teeth. She would spend an hour trying to sell a service while not have any capacity to get the routine care done. So moving forward, I think I would work with dentists that is more patient-driven than $$$-driven. I prefer dentist who is less patronizing and time-wasting.

I had another great time today with my cleaning and Invisalign progress today. I always recommend Pearly Whites to friends and coworkers. I never feel like a number when I’m there. More like Norm from Cheers when I walk in. Always a friendly welcome when I walk in. For some weird reason the link keeps bringing me to this past review. So I’ll add another one to it. I went in for a check up on my Invisalign Treatment. Dr. Nguyen was pleased with the way everything has turned out. I’m happy with my smile now. Previously I had never liked my smile. Maybe I can smile more in pictures I’m in someday. Thank You Pearly Whites! 02/11/2020 — Had a great time here yesterday as always. Yesterday was for a cosmetic reason. I had a couple of crowns in the front to enhance my smile. Then afterwards I was scanned for my Invisalign Retainers. I’m truly loving my Smile. Thank You so much to everyone at Pearly Whites! 08/08/2022 - Came in for a regular cleaning with x-rays. Always professional and friendly.
