Was sent here by another sister office to have my teenager’s wisdom teeth removed. Horrible experience. She was brought out the back door to our car in a wheelchair unconscious and unable to keep her head up on her own. We asked if it was actually ok to even take a teenager home like this and the young girl working said “um yeah” then did what she could to try to get our teenager in the car. Once we got home she was still unconscious and had to be carried inside. She was reacting horribly to the sedation and it was a struggle to get anyone at the office to listen to us. A full day of her vomiting before they would send in a prescription to help with the nausea. Not great to have vomiting when you are trying to not get dry socket. Then we quickly learned that they had actually cracked and chipped her bottom front tooth during the procedure. They refused to accept responsibility so we had to take her back to the first office to have it repaired out of our own pocket. The day of the procedure we paid and we’re told that would be all the chargers. 6 months later we get another bill for over $400. Horrible care and treatment here.

I am not a huge fan of the dentist. I’ve had terrible experiences in my adolescents with deep cleanings, and customers service. Rocksprings Dental Group greeted me with a smile as soon as I walked in the door, my deep cleaning experience was amazing they made sure I was comfortable and that I didn’t have any pain. They also kept me informed the whole time. My teeth have never felt this clean and thanks to all the staff for making the experience a positive one!! A special thanks to Andrea!!!

Rocksprings dental has been my go to for dental care. They do a great job with cleanings. Staff is very friendly and they take in appointments on time so wait times are great. Making appointments online is really easy too. I’ll probably keep coming here in the future!
