Totally botched implants on a patient, refused to refund 25k after they continually broke, and split. Terrible what they did.

This office deserves 10 stars. I had so much anxiety for my upcoming treatments but dr. Cappiello is an amazing compassionate doctor. We are so happy to have found you!

Do not go here. They do a horrible job and it never gets better when they try and fix the mess they first caused. They refuse to refund you to go else. This place has no idea what they are doing. Go else were. You have been warned.

I had a sever tooth pain and I called Sedation and Implant Dentistry Las Vegas, they took me in and fixed a root canal I had done from a different dentist. I felt no paint or discomfort while Dr. Cappello was working on my teeth. She is a great dentist.

Horrible implants never go here

As a mother, it breaks my heart to see what my daughter went through at Sedation and Implant Dentistry in Las Vegas. She went in to get her teeth fixed and paid a significant sum of money upfront - tens of thousands of dollars - only to come out looking completely ridiculous. The dentist made a mess of her teeth, and my daughter was too embarrassed to even leave the house. It's hard to have seen my child suffer like this. When we approached the dentist about the issue, they refused to refund us or fix her teeth. It's hard to understand how someone could be so callous and uncaring towards their patients. I feel helpless and frustrated, and it's put a strain on our relationship as mother and daughter. It's a shame that we trusted this dentist with such an important procedure, only to have it turn out so terribly. It's a decision we will regret for the rest of our life. I don’t know how you people sleep at night. Hopefully my daughter’s emotional and financial ruin is not in vein, and this review will reach at least one potential future victim of Sedation and Implant Dentistry, and keep them from making the same mistake.

Upon arrival I noticed that the place is in an extremely sketchy area behind an abandoned building with homeless living/lurking around the office. I was almost robbed when one tried to break into my car while entering the office!

Dr. Cappiello done a single tooth dental implant, and I couldn't be more happier with her and her staff, I was sedated and my whole experience was perfect, I highly recommend Dr. Cappiello. I will be going back to have her complete all my dental work. Thank you Dr. Cappiello and Staff you guys are great!!

I was going to take my 8 yr old to Pedodontist a good friend referred me to Sedation Dental. My experience there was amazing starting from the front desk,staff to Dr Cappiello everyone was pleasant and professional.Dr.Cappiello way of dealing with my daughter was impressive sitting there watching the extractions I knew we all where in great hands. I’ll forever be a patient my self along with all my kids and wife.

We have been going to Dr Cappiello for years, since before she worked at Sedation & Implant. She takes care of my whole family. I'm a full time caregiver for my brother who is mentally and physically challenged, and can be difficult to do dental work on. Dr Cappiello has always been very patient and gentle with him. I truly appreciate her kindness and professionalism. She's good with children and adults. The staff at Sedation & Implant, from the receptionist to the assistants, are always very friendly and professional as well. Last week I took my brother in for an exam, and because of his challenges it's always difficult to get dental x-rays. Kathy and Alma (Dental Assistants) both worked together, and in no time they got all the x-rays they needed, with no discomfort to my brother. They were both very patient and friendly with him, which is greatly appreciated and not something you always find.

Absolutely the worst dentist place in Vegas. I came here in 2020, I was seen by dr. Gonzales and it was a great experience. In 2022 I came back and had work done by dr. Capiello and I was MISTREATED, MISLEAD AND ROBBED she damaged my teeth and told me if I want them fixed I have to pay more. Screamed at me, threw me out of the office. Very unprofessional and rude. They will damage your teeth on purpose and then confess to it but promise to fix it. A few days later dr. Capiello called me into her office to yell at me and tell me that if I want the tooth she damaged fixed, I’ll have to pay. Don’t choose this office and if you have to ask for dr. Gonzales.

My husband got his wisdom teeth extracted here years ago, and I find it odd that they did not actually sedate him despite being called “sedation dentistry”. He was awake for the entire procedure and felt a lot of discomfort. He was prescribed pain meds that were not very strong and left him in a lot of pain for several days. To top it off, it was supposed to be covered in full by his insurance but they ended up sending him a bill for hundreds of dollars. This place is an absolute joke!

My experience getting my wisdom teeth extracted was great overall. But the reason I am here and giving this post a ONE-STAR.. Is the fact that I am having a huge problem getting Refunded, Reimburse, for now than 1year 2months. I had to pay out of pocket which is fine, while I was getting my insurance situation to go through. And now for all this time I keep calling and calling and they keep telling me they are going to call me back and never do. I just called today and still told me I had to wait another week to get a check refunded. I am not understanding what’s the hold up?

Worst experience ever. First off they tried to overcharge me by $500 from the quote they gave me. Went for a cleaning with sedation. Both dentists are incompetent. I now have 7 large bruises from where they attempted to put an IV but never were successful. Dentist was putting a tourniquet on my arm, slipped while he was tightening it and punched me In the face. My anger and disgust for these 2 amateurs is through the roof!!! On my way to another doc now because his punch to face chipped on of my teeth I think. Already have a call in to my attorney. Total incompetence
