This dentist office is AWESOME!! I had to have some work done on my teeth and the whole TEAM was GREAT!! The receptionist, Janeen, was more than a receptionist. She took the time to explain to me how my insurance worked concerning the procedures that, I was expected to have! She even called me later that day to make sure I wasn't in too much pain. The dentist was very gentle with me. Most people have a fear of the dentist office, but this crew knows how to put your mind at ease!! My hat's off to Smile Brite Dental!! Keep up the GREAT WORK!!🥰😍🥰😎

Office manager or Receptionist (Smile Brite Dental, 4975 S. Ft Apache, Las Vegas, NV 89148was very unprofessional when I called to make a appointment. I was referred there by my Medicare Plus group. The lady said my plan was not part of the accepting plans. I asked her can she call the group. She refused three times. I told her nicely I never had difficulty in making a appointment. She then told me “if you don’t like it, you can go elsewhere”. I did. Filed report with BBB.

Dr. Vu and her staff are awesome. They'll take time to answer your questions without rushing you. They're not judgmental or belittling like some Doctor/Dentist offices can be. I've been able to schedule all of my appointments without any problems. Janine (easily one of the best hygenists I've ever had scrape my teeth) takes the time at the end of every appointment to explain all of the insurance mumbo-jumbo and provide simple tips for how to improve brushing/flossing. I really can't say enough great things about this office.
