They are FANTASTIC !!! Ive been going here for about 2 years. My first visit was HORRIBLE. A dental assistant (not a hygenist) came in to clean my teeth and based on time spent did a TERRIBLE job. She told me she was only an assistant because they didn't currently have a hygenist. The "dentist" came in to do my exam and talked more then he worked. I came out of there in complete disbelief and swore I'd never go back. I considered filing a complaint on them and contact my insurance office to let them know my experience. HOWEVER, they informed me that the place had been taken over my new owners so I went back. It was an ENTIRELY different experience. They actually seemed like a true dentists office. It was COMPLETELY different from my initial visit where there were only the two people in the office. Since then, Karen, my hygenist is beyond AMAZING and I will never stop seeing her specifically. The dentist is fantastic in his exams. The entire remaining staff is fantastic. I honestly could not recommend another provider. They are FANTASTIC!!!

--DURANGO LOCATION-- the team here at starbrite dental had been pleasant to work with. (they have another store but this is the one ON DURANGO ! do not get them confused !!) i was super happy to hear they can speed up the process for crowns as i needed it done quick. when i told them my situation, that i would have to go back to california after this week, the manager lady called her lab and asked if we could get my crown asap. They got it back to me in 6 days after initial checkup and, not to say it is something they can do all the time, but they help as best as they can during a bad situation. The receptionist guy at the counter was especially nice and helpful, allowing me to make a monthly payment plan suitable to me & comfortable. The two dentists i saw were really nice and comforting, the dentist assistant she was also very kind, comforting and helpful. Played what i wanted on the TV and "I always let the patient decide if they're ready" this older dentist told me before numbing my mouth for the first time (anxious). They never roasted my teeth lol which ive had some in the past do. They went over the procedure step by step very clearly and i gave the OK. it went well and the 2 working on me were careful and always felt secure and in control. After about an hour and 37 minutes they had finished replacing my crown as well as doing an entire deep cleaning both sides. (i always do as much as once, all 4 wisdom teeth, etc) he said its uncommon but i feel great afterward. These guys are the way to go, going the extra miles to help the customer, customer support is everything<33 the front has cute halloween decorations too!! & played wallace and grommit on the front tv, turning it up abit when we sat down. Serious recommend. i use Liberty Dental.

Amazing experience , retired here from Florida chose this office because of location to me , so glad I did . Amazing staff and dentist! Will be referring my family. Dr Han and Dr Do are great so patient and answered all my questions . And the hygienist Karen did an amazing job on cleaning my teeth. Thank you Star Brite,.

I came to this office and was surprised to find it under new management. New receptionist, new dentist. The cleaning and xray was done very well, my teeth never felt so clean before! Dr. Do was super friendly and checked over my teeth and they took the time to answer all my dental care questions. I am super glad to have Dr Do to take care of me and my family!

Always a great experience with the dentists, hygienists, and staff here. Very helpful and understanding. Love the murals on the walls while sitting in the dentist chair... gives me relaxation every time! 😊

I’ve been seeing doctor Xa for about 15 years he has an amazing staff and a great practice. His office always runs on time and is very thorough with insurance billing. His office staff is very kind and attentive. I highly recommend his office for all dental needs.

Very professional. Went to have a cracked tooth pulled. After xrays, the dentist told me the tooth isn't cracked. Just a groove in the tooth. All went thru my insurance and didn't cost me a dime. Also didn't put me thru an unnecessary procedure.

wasted my time , don’t go hir they only have appointments evrey 2 months and they just want to keep making new appointments to charge more money super slow worst experience i had in a dentist.

Dont ever go here. Very incompetent dentist. Pulled a tooth out of mine that he never should have. Had to wind up getting a implant that costed me thousands of dollars. Was a very traumatic experience for me. All for a tooth ache whereca root canal should have been done!!

I love the older dental guy. he have some wild stories. He keeps me laughing.

Just getting consultation and dentist treats my wife like a bum ! Had her in tears talking down to her ! I wouldn’t recommend! No sympathy no care rudest dentist we have ever been too.

Ive tried to call you guys multiple times its like trying to get in touch with the president. The doctor was really quick with talking to me only looked at exam not even in my mouth. Wth kind of dentist is this. I need teeth work done. Have a good one i wont be back.

I have been a patient at this location for well over 10 years and have never been disappointed. Dr. Xa always does his best! I am so thankful for him!

Normally have great service and friendly people but the new doctor (Dr. Drew) is slow because he talks A LOT (and not about your teeth) and the staff seem to be just as slow when he's there. I don't notice that when Dr. Trung is there. He hustles and so do they when he's present. Don't know if we'll find a new dentist or just don't go on Fridays. Jennifer was rude to my wife when she called to tell them I needed to reschedule since it was taking so long. Very disappointed this time. I would recommend not going on a day that Dr. Drew is there if you have other things planned.

I’ve been going to this office for years.. They have recently got a new dentist and boy did my 16 1/2 yr old got a Huge disservice. My son was in the office for exam,cleaning and x-rays and boy was I disappointed. My son had all this done within 15 mins of his scheduled appt. Typical a cleaning is a minimal of 30 mins anything other then that is not Thorough and a disservice to any patients. The doctor came out to speak with me after doing 2 min exam and said son does not have any cavities but had build-up and advised me to have fillings done on all his molars because of his deep grooves I then stated wouldn’t it be more practical to place sealants on all molars then doctor then advised that placing sealants is a Gimmick and doesn’t work and it’s just a procedure to make the practice more money.. The office had no clue that I have over 15 yr of experience in dentistry and can recognize that it was a poor job and was felt rushed as if they had something else to do. Definitely I felt that my son was NOT in good hands like a rushed fast food restaurant. I asked the front office how in the world did the hygienist clean his teeth, X-rays and exam in under 15 mins she advised me that they do not have a hygienist and the doctor dental assistant did his cleaning.. Which is actually unethical because my insurance pays for an Adult prophylaxis and not a child prophylaxis so there cheating by not even giving my son a what his insurance paid for.. My son still had plaque on his teeth after his so called “cleaning was done”.. and even my son said he doesn’t want to come back because his teeth didn’t feel clean. Smh please please do not go to his office if you care about your teeth, take your time and find a family practice and read reviews so that you can find a great doctor that cares about you and your teeth and not a Chop shop.. You’ll thank me in the future.. Please please avoid corporations the only thing that care about is production “ how much money they can suck out of

We have been going to this office for roughly ten years. We have all been seen by Dr. Xa, myself, husband and each of our six children. The staff is friendly, the office is clean and there is virtually no wait to be taken back to an exam room. The doc is very fast and thorough. So why the low star rating? Lately we have been VERY displeased. My daughter got a filling done in an adult molar. It was a tiny cavity. The doc there, who is taking over for Xa as he is retiring, drilled all the way to the pulp destroying it resulting in her needing a root canal. Dr Xa himself, disappointed me when my son went in for two reasons. One was to get a mold for a space maintainer and the other reason was pain in a tooth. We got the mold done then got xrays. The xrays showed that he should just get the tooth pulled but because the mold was already done and it would have been a waste of his time as he wouldn’t get paid for taking the mold otherwise, he did a filling... a silver filling when our insurance pays for a white one. The space maintainer fell out almost immediately as well. We will NOT be going back because of these incidents. Sad because we thought, after all this time, that we had found a family dentist we could count on.

Took my kids here for their dental needs.. the dentist was extremely rude to my children and he seemed annoyed. The girl at the reception was very unwelcoming.. We will not be returning here. THIS IS NOT A KID FRIENDLY PLACE. ITS NOT A FRIENDLY PLACE PERIOD.. WILL NOT BE RETURNING
