In a time when patients can start to feel like we're just a number, this dentist proves there are still doctors who put their patients first! His staff is kind, concerned and set the tone for how things are with the doctor. I have nothing but good things to say about this group of people. Thank you for making a difficult situation easier to deal with.Thank you Dr. Nguyen and your staff! You have a patient for life, at least for as long as I have teeth!😘

Went here 4 years ago, had a great experience, last week went to another dental office since it had availability at the time, The other place across the street wanted 6400$ plus.. then I contacted Kayleigh at Tri state and she was extremely helpful, estimated 2500$, after going in and meeting the old staff and new, I was called back by Maria who was extremely nice and professional and afterwards met Dr. Brian. Awesome hard working man. He was able to take it down to 1500$ Loved everybody there!!! I'll see you again soon and every year afterwards....

I absolutely love Dr Ngo he's understanding and very gentle especially when numbing. The girls in the office are especially amazing Maria ,Leslie , and Kylie . I've been working on my teeth for a few months and I would never go anywhere else . The Dentist is amazing . Dr Ngo was honest he said I might have a root canal and that would of cost alit more he easily could of said yes and charged me but he was honest and I really appreciated that .

This is the most unprofessional disorganized dental office that I have ever experienced in my life. I will be contacting my insurance immediately and the uncleanliness is unacceptable.

I been visiting Tri State for a long time never had a problem today Just got my cleaning done everything fine doctors and staff very helpful with my insurance paperwork. Thank you Dr Brian

20 stars******************** Best dental office in Vegas! Read why guys! I've for since lived in Vegas saw several dentists for pop up issues and hands down nobody can compare to them here. The issue is... people are so rude & treat people mean! You make your visit bad utterly! Upon arriving here the lady receptionist I could tell was dealing with non stop rude people making her firm as anyone would be. I just wanted to see her smile and eventually did. I scheduled my root canal and dentist was awesome I just saw another which was a scam and came here and I'm happy I did. He was able to point out what was wrong and explain everything to me and went over pricing privately with the Sweetheart RECEPTIONIST and there rates are great a root canal 700 . Process was so easy and staff so friendly here. Doctors was so nice and if people just stopped and thanked them for showing up to work would be nice. They deal with rude people non stop. Show some kindness here. They'll treat you right. I'll always recommend and go here now. I'll be stopping in absolutely to drop the staff a Surprise gift & thank you. There not going to try and school you stuff you don't need and just get to the reason your there without the drama. Whatever bad reviews you see is because of their attitude people need to stop & think and be polite. There helping you!

Terrible experience. New doctors DO NOT know what they are doing. Asian assistant was rude and not helpful at all. They spoke in another language majority of the time. Didn’t fulfill needs. Got a filling and now it hurts when I bite anything (weeks later) would not recommend.

I'm giving this place no stars cause I have an emergency and they wont see until I have appointment, and there's bad doctors there anyway so please do not go there...

Don’t go to this office, Worst office, they never follow up with patient paperwork neither requests, very slow, messy, the receptionist careless of course it’s not her office, she have nothing to lose.

I went to this dentist because of my insurance. I was really nervous about coming here because of all the negative reviews, and well, because it’s been a REALLY long time since I’ve been to the dentist. But honestly I’m so happy I ended up at this dentist!! The front desk ladies are super sweet, and the doctor was great! They were very communicative about what was going on, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time and never in pain! I would recommend this dentist to anyone looking for more affordable care.

Rude receptionist and Dr's made my son uncomfortable. My son gags a lot when doing x-rays. It's just hard from some patients.

I was seen at this unprofessional office 2 weeks ago and scheduled an appointment for today at 3pm. I called the office today at the time of my appointment to inform them I was pulling in and the rude receptionist that answered told me my appointment was cancelled because they did not hear from me yesterday and they had “10 people” who wanted to come in. How ironic they want to cancel the black lady appointment to schedule a white person in my place? I informed the lady that I do have a job and sometimes I cannot answer my phone so the PROFESSIONAL thing to do is leave a voicemail so your call can be returned. I am highly upset!

They added a surprise to one of my outcomes. That was sweet of them.

He doesnt take his time to clean out decay just fill the cavity n fillings pop out n less than 6 months

Dont waste your time to visit this place. Never on time. They would call you comfort your appointment first later on still send you massage want you comfort it again ,looks like they reall care their customers. Last time my boys appointment was 4pm, we got here 3:30 then we waited for hour 4:30 they try squeezing my first child in , waited for other hour my little one done then took my second child in. We all upset the waiting game. But stupid me come back again. My appointment is 11:40am ,i got here 11:30am .12:20 i am still sitting outside waiting . Good luck

I had a root canal here in 2016. It's 2020 ... The tooth has hurt every day since I had it done. I'm currently experiencing my THIRD infection. The first time I went and they prescribed me medicine for the infection. The second time (and this time) I went to the doctor for a script. It cost me over $1000 for the root canal. And IT HURT beyond anything I've ever had done at the dentist. I get digging and drilling hurt, but I've had three kids. I have a high pain tolerance. I'm pretty sure the female dentist who performed it wasn't as experienced as she should have been to do the "surgery". So, for four years I've experienced more pain than before I had it done. Again, not ONE day since I've had it done has it felt right. I hate going to the dentist to begin with. Now, I hate is putting it mildly. And the cost!!! I wouldn't even complain about the money if it had been fixed correctly.

I was given Tri State Dental as my go to from my insurance. Even with all the bad reviews, I figured I would try them anyways because it's so close to my home. The guy at front desk is amazing! Super helpful and kind. The 1st visit had to be x-rays & Dr. check. That went well, except that the wall by the ceiling looked like it had mold all over it. They need it checked out for sure! Super gross. Second visit, front desk staff amazing again! In the chair I was given full mouth xrays. Super confused as this was supposed to be done already for the Dr. Then, a man sits down quickly, and without a word through the whold process, water picks my teeth & then runs the round brush with polish super quickly over a few teeth. He then rubs the huge chunks out that should have been for each tooth & leaves. No scraping, no polishing each tooth like they are supposed to! The nice woman who took the xrays, then flosses. Everything smelled bad, especially her gloves, on top of the worst cleaning I've ever had! And, stressfull to have the TV blasting in front of me! Wanted these bad reviews to be wrong. I gave 2 star because of the nice staff and the Dr. didn't lie about needing work done like Red Hills Dental did. Don't ever go there!
