I had a dental emergency and the staff went above and beyond to get me scheduled and the treatment was very good and took care of my problems. I was visiting Reno when I had large piece of a molar crack off. The tooth was super sensitive and I still had a 14 hour drive to get home and wasn’t leaving Reno for 3 more days. I love this practice! The office is super clean. The front desk staff is incredible. They are friendly, efficient and attentive. I have a real sensitivity to smell and I have to say, this office was clean but not sterile. And fresh but not perfumed. It was really pleasant. My 9 yr old loved the whole experience. This is all before we even went to the back. I was given a tour of the facility and explained what each area was used for. Every step of our visit was explained to us as we went. The assistants were so friendly and gentle. And then there was Dr. Dilan. He's amazing. He was so thorough. He explained everything as he went through his examination. Everything was very transparent so it didn't feel like I was out of the loop on anything. On top of all of that, he was quite comical when my children decided to have a sibling squabble in the middle of everything. We spent 3 hours in the office (3 first time appointments, adult, 9yr old and 15 yr old) and it was honestly a great experience. I highly recommend D Dentistry.

Dr. Dilan and his staff are so awesome. I was immediately put at ease by Dr. D, Katy, and the entire staff. I haven’t been to the dentist for a long time out of fear & anxiety. I feel super confident in my new dentist. Side note: the office is beautiful and the technology they use is so cool! My first exam I got a 3D scan of my skull and it was the coolest image of my face, ever. I’d honestly put it as my profile picture on social media if I had a copy.
