Friendly and professional. They were kind and strait to the point. I appreciate that. Made me feel welcomed on my first time there.

Excellent experience. It’s been a few years since I’ve seen a dentist. I’ve been putting it off but really wanted to establish a relationship with a new dentist. I’m happy I decided upon Aspen. Assistants were great and the doctor went through everything in comprehensive detail explaining all me options and what to expect going forward.

Made an appointment and was seen and cared for that day. Service was great and they understood and sympathized with the pain I was experiencing.

This dental place really don’t help people they have you sit in the office for 2, 3 hours waiting for x-rays and exams and then they do nothing to help you even if you got the money to pay worst dentist office ever

The staff and dentists at the Bedford, NH location are fantastic. They are always courteous and professional. I'm a "white-knuckle" patient and am anxious just getting out of my car in their parking lot! But they make you feel comfortable and welcome. After my root canal (last week) I told the dentist it was the first time in 55 years I didn't feel any pain during a procedure! I went back this morni ng and, although the staff is new, had a wonderful visit and excellent care. The Office Manager, Jolie explained the incredible amount of work to be done in detail and, I'm looking forward to the multiple visits it will take to get me back to feeling better "dentally"!

I had a good experience at Aspen Dental . The technician made me feel at ease and the hygienist was very thorough. The dentist also explained my condition very clearly without pressuring me The receptionist was helpful at scheduling my future appointments. I was impressed at how well my first visit went.

I have been going to Aspen Dental in Bedford for almost a year now. I love my dentist, Dr Mohan. I had a lot of work that needed to be done and she walked me through each step, always cognizant of me understanding what needed to be done, my feelings about what steps she was taking and in what order, and what the financial burden would be. I won't see anyone else!! She and the rest of her staff have made such a difference in how the world sees me and my smile!

For myself, going into a dentist office usually gives me anxiety but with Aspen dental that anxiety disappears as soon as I start talking to any staff or the dentist herself. They are extremely friendly, are extremely informative on everything, and do their work with care. My dentist understands my anxiety and does anything to make me feel more comfortable, resulting me to always walk out with relief and a smile on my face. Genuinely would recommend to anyone looking for a dental office.

Every one was amazing

The start of the appointment was just a few minutes delayed. The services rendered were exactly as had been explained. Taking the x-rays took a bit more effort than I anticipated (about 4 extra tries to get a good image), but in the end there was a full set of teeth x-rays. The problem was quickly and expertly addressed. Follow-up appointment dates were plentiful enough that they could easily fit into my relatively busy schedule.

Don’t waste your time or money. My dental cleaning has been cancelled 5 times from June 2022-December 2022. No plan of action, no priority for patient who’ve been cancelled several times. No point in having a dentist if you can’t even get your teeth cleaned. Awful customer service, no follow up. Worst dentist I’ve ever gone to.

Absolutely incredible experience outside of a minor discomfort from my root canal I feel entirely back to normal. My honest to god first decent experience with a dentist, I applaud Dr Mohan and her team!

Everyone I met there was kind and full of smiles. Mara is excellent and a joy to work with. She is swift, efficient, and skilled. Dr. Nayyar went above and beyond to care for me. Having a complex rare medical condition, the doctor's attention to detail was impressive. Amber helped me though some decisions and didn't just give any answer to questions but got up and checked with the doctor to ensure accuracy. Overall Outstanding care and concern for what is best for my health and dental care.

First time at Aspen. The staff and dentist seem nice, however like any other office I've gone to, it's very unaffordable. I purchased a discount plan, used my insurance and the fees for procedures are still ridiculous. Unfortunately I only qualify for a small amount on financing so I should have all my dental work done in 10 yrs or so 😐

Very professional staff and doctors. Everyone works together to make your experience as affordable and painless as possible.

They had to clean my teeth at another office. Later that day, I went to the office I usually go to to have the dentist exam my teeth. I needed a filling, which they took care of right then and there. I give them credit for that. I hope I never have to drive to another office again for anything dental.
