Generations Dental Care

It all started with trying to find a new dentistry that was close to my home. I used to drive 40 minutes to Derry and it just wasn’t making sense. I ended up researching good dentist offices in the Concord area, and this one came up with great reviews. I can see why! I called right away to see if I could book an appointment to be a new patient and I also had a small toothache. The receptionist was so pleasant and actually got me in within two hours of calling. I walked in there and couldn’t believe how kind/friendly people were. They make you feel comfortable calm and at ease. It’s safe to say they are my new dentist office. I will be going to, and I even booked a cleaning in July. Absolutely highly recommend.

While in the market for a new dental office I did some research in the Concord area and found that Generations Dental had a significant number of reviews and a very favorable overall rating. I was looking for a progressive, customer service focused and well-staffed office and decided to reach out to their team. My initial conversations were great and they were able to schedule me quickly in an effort to remedy my pre-existing condition. My first visit with Dr. McCann went very well, she provided an initial consultation, detailed explanation and scheduled me for corrective treatment. The treatment visit was exactly as she had described during the consultation and the result a number of weeks later is just what I had hoped for. I've since been back for a cleaning and follow-up procedure and can recommend Dr. McCann and the Generations Dental team highly and without hesitation. I had been away from the dental chair for a number of years due to concerns with my previous provider and much of that fear and concern has been alleviated since coming here. Service is prompt, professional and top-notch from check-in to check-out and I appreciate it.

My husband and I did not have a good experience. They are not up front with what insurance is in network and give very conflicting estimates. Very long appointment times (exam, cleaning and radiographs took over three hours), lots of waiting in two different waiting areas.

I recommend this dentist to everyone. I have never had a better experience with a dental practice
