Smiles By The Sea provided me with great service and dental care which went well beyond my expectations. This was my first time going to a different dentist than the one I grew up with, so I didn’t quite know what to expect. Additionally, I had several concerns about my teeth that I felt needed to be addressed as soon as possible. Not only did Smiles By The Sea answer my call right away, but they even scheduled me an appointment for that same afternoon! I have never in my life before been able to schedule ANY kind of doctors appointment for the same day that I am calling. Once I got there, I was only waiting for about two minutes before I was called back by Sue. Sue did a great job of getting my initial X-rays, addressing each one of my concerns, and providing the dental care I needed. Additionally, she went out of her way to make sure I understood everything was doing/talking about. Everyone I met in the building was extremely friendly, outgoing, and far more helpful than I ever expected. Everyone there made me feel comfortable and welcome, and they honestly provided a much better experience than I was expecting. I would recommend this place for anyone in the area who needs a new dentist, or even someone who just needs to talk with a dentist. (P.S. I almost never leave reviews for places. I only do so when it is either exceptionally good or exceptionally bad) Thank you Smiles By The Sea!

Great appointment,like always! My hygienist Sue is awesome, the whole office staff is so nice and helpful. I've been seeing Dr. Shevchenko for many years now,and I love how she's very much about preventative care. She's also a great communicator on the "why" what is being done, whether it's a filling, or just how to really troubleshoot any dental care needs. Much more than the adage "floss more" of the olden days, but obviously that too! Haha.
