Santavicca Dental Professionals

I am new to Santavicca Dental and need quite a bit of dental work. Although I have only had an initial appointment with complete X-rays the experience was great. The entire staff from reception to dentist worked with me to navigate my insurance and. explore my options to come up with a comprehensive treatment plan that was affordable. I will update my review as treatments commence.

The best experience I have ever had in a dental setting. I am so grateful, and so impressed with this team.

Santavicca was very friendly and helpful. I needed to be seen on short-notice due to a very painful tooth. Turned out it was fractured and infected. I called a few other local places first before calling Santavicca, and those other places were somewhat rude and dismissive towards me. The staff at Santavicca were genuinely concerned and empathetic, and were able to get me in the same day. I am very thankful.

From my single experience here so far, my interaction with front office staff, the dental hygienist, and the dentist himself were all 5 star. From calling, setting up the appointment, and coming in for the appointment and getting the exam and cleaning - I had a smooth, positive experience overall and was satisfied with my care. HOWEVER, I give 3 stars for the following reason: my husband and I were scheduled last week for new patient exams. When I went for my exam, the schedule allowed time for a cleaning so I was able to get everything completed on the same day. My husband's appointment would have been the following day and when I told him my experience, he asked if we could call and see if the same might be available for him. When we called, we also asked about cost of multiple visits (for separate appointments for an exam and cleaning) if the cleaning could not be done on the same day. The staff were immediately rude and resistant to look up/find the information asked regarding how billing worked for multiple visits and how this would effect our insurance benefits, when my husband shared his concern about waiting for a cleaning (as he was several months late due to changes in insurance), they said "we think it might be best if you got care somewhere else" and CANCELLED his appointment! Now if you live in this area, you know dental options are limited and far between when additionally trying to work with in-network insurance options, additionally, during my appointment, the dentist made it quite clear they were doing well and had no lack of patients to care for there. Please note: *I work in healthcare myself* When things are running smoothly, this office is great, however when something becomes a little difficult, they have obviously not been trained to assess the situation accordingly and appropriately respond.

Haven't been to a dentist for years, if I found these people before I gave up, I never would given up. Thanks for being there my good dentist and company, I would recommend to anyone.

They were very kind, thorough and explained everything.

Exceptional service, fast diagnosis which allowed my immediate dental problem to be mitigated...ie: no more pain !!! A winner!!!

The front office staff was argumentative and unprofessional. For example, when I asked how much my appointment would cost out of pocket, they couldn't be bothered to find this information. Instead I got a sarcastic response. Overall, they made it clear that they don't want to be asked any questions, nor do they want my business.

Dr. Udeshi is great. Super nice, professional and honest. Feels nice to have a good dentist after many years of past dentists trying to just sell and drill as much as they can. His staff is great as well. Will certainly continue seeing him.

The dentist is very good, very knowledgeable. I referred me son to this guy too.

Amy is such a competent and caring hygienist who takes the time to help me better care for my teeth. She is a gem! Dr. Udeshi did a very nice job on my new crown. Thank you.

Dr Udeshi and staff are amazing Very thorough and complete cleaning. Definitely recommend these folks in an area where good dentistry care is hard to come by

Surprisingly delightful. Everyone i interacted with, from the receptionists, dental assistant and dentist were nice and real. As well as quick and efficient. If i wasn't dirt poor this would certainly be my primary dentist.
