Felt rushed. First doctor did a half fast job fixing a small chip on front tooth. An assistant had a very bad attitude. Had to keep pointing out problems with their work. I wanted it done the right way the first time, now I have to go to a different dentistry to make sure the integrity of the work they did will function properly. Was told I can’t ever eat an apple again without it breaking, which went against me wanting it done the right way. The first doctor “finished” then ran away, had to tell the assistant in the room why the doctor was not close to being done. Another doctor had to come in to finish her work. Called a week in advance to schedule this appointment, and got verbal confirmation on multiple occasions over the phone they would be able to do the job. Once I actually got there, I was told they triple booked and I had to come back the next day, which I ever so slightly argued against due to me having to leave work early again in order to do so. Half way through my appt, the assistant with the bad attitude came in and took my glasses I was using for the procedure and gave me some gross looking ratty pair instead. They need to work on time management, not giving false promises, treat the customers with respect, and overall just work on professionalism. Out of all the medical appointments I’ve had in my entire life, this was by far, the worse experience I have ever had. They had me questioning if they even knew what they were doing at many points throughout the hour. It was like it was their first day. I will not be returning. I only went there because I was desperate to get it fixed before my friends wedding this upcoming weekend. 10/10 Do Not Recommend. They call themselves Advanced Family Dentistry, should be Amateur Family Dentistry.

These guys are the best, cater to babies like me, making me comfortable the entire time. One of the best parts of my visit, I went to pay my portion of the bill, they said no charge even though I feel there should have been, so bottom line in my opinion is this a a great dentist, and does not nickel and dime you to death. Also, last July I had a vacation planned to Italy, ran into a tooth problem that needed attention that day, went my own dentist, they said can’t help you. So I called advanced dentistry, they took me in that day, did a temporary fix so I could leave to Italy the next day and saved my vacation. Dumped my old dentist and have not looked back. 👍🏻👍🏻

Booked online, received the docs to sign via text, confirmation right away, went in and received a care plan without feeling like I was a horrible person for not taking care of my self (I have 3 kiddos I’ve been taking care of their dental work and sports, school, work, life!) couldn’t say better things about this place. Just want to say that this is not my personal experience but that of my daughters. I am not one to bash any business no matter how horrible the experience was but in this case the lack of sympathy for a patient having her tooth pulled out was zero. The dr did not numb her mouth enough and when was told that my daughter could still feel, the dr proceeded to extract the tooth all the while my daughter was screaming and crying. She was given no instructions on how to take care of her mouth, no syringe to flush with either. She was in and out in 15 minutes. This is why most people do not like going to the dentist. Most, not all just see dollar signs. This was a horrible experience for my daughter, and we would never recommend this practice to anyone.
