Amazing cleanings every time!

Go anywhere else. These people just want money your money. Up charges, extraneous procedures and products. On top of it all the admin staff is super incompetent and pushy. Don’t waste your time and money unless you have it to waste. Edit (since I owe it to the staff to be thorough in my review: Dental By Design is a nice dental office. The hygienist that worked on me was fabulous. I forget her name but she has two cute bulldogs. She’s super friendly and I did a wonderful job on my teeth/gums. Dr. Tarek is great as well - super personable. He is thorough. For all intents and purposes that’s a great thing but I do find his method of practice is aggressive and thus expensive. I know dentistry is as much an art as it is a science, so there is often room for discernment when it comes to making treatment plans. I also understand every dentist is different. As the patient you just have to advocate for yourself and get a second opinion when something seems extraordinary. For me, Dr. Ts treatment plans were out of the ordinary and extreme in comparison to my well established dental history. Likewise, my husband, who was also a patient here, got a second opinion for the care that he needed which ended up being less invasive and less expensive procedure than the treatment plan Dr. T proposed. Also, I had a previous quote for ortho treatment for 3k less than what dental by design wanted to charge me. To be fair the previous quote was from MD, not NH so that may account for the price difference but it still struck me as odd. To be perfectly honest, we very well may have stayed with Dental by Design despite the exorbitant prices if it weren’t for Terry the administrator. Everybody else was VERY nice but unfortunately she was so unpleasant on so many occasions that my husband and I decided we could no longer spend our money/ time here in good faith. Early in my life, my time in a dental chair was not a fun experience! Only years later by the time I was in my mid 50’s and found Dental by Design, did I begin to actually appreciate and experience painless dentistry! Dr. T and his team are by far the best in the industry. I will never go to any other Dental practice. They have earned my trust and faith in great dentistry!!

I just had my first visit at Dental by Design, initially I was really nervous but when I arrived the administrative employees at the desk were so pleasant, they put me at ease. I also recollect speaking with them over the phone a few weeks ago, they were so helpful and doing their best to get me in as soon as possible. This initial visit was for cleaning and Rachel who did my cleaning was informative, careful and kindly explained anything I don’t understand. I also met with the Dr. T and right away he was attentive and knowledgeable by the way he analyzed my x-rays and my teeth. I look forward to experience my future visits. Thank you!

I’ve been going to dental by design for years now. To the hygienist to the doctor. Hands down the best in New Hampshire. Dr.T is truly a great dentist. Dental by design isn’t Like aspen dental or some generic company line that is interested is draining your dental insurance. they honestly want to expand all options and get the most out of your insurance. Convenience is key to this place I’ve had a lot crowns done there. Instead of waiting 2/3 weeks waiting for a crown. I get it there on the spot same day! !

Fantastic experience, really high level of attention to detail by the hygienist. A comfortable experience but you can tell the dentist and the entire practice take dentistry very seriously. Quite impressed.
