Hello, I’m new to Rand Dental, and could not be happier with my first appointment experience. Absolutely wonderful staff and setting. My appointment was on schedule, and everyone I came in contact with was pleasant and efficient. I did not feel pressured to make a decision on removing my wisdom tooth, but instead was clearly explained the options, precautions and alternative treatments. Julie, Dr.Brown and the oral surgeon on staff were both friendly and professional, and made me feel comfortable. I would recommend Rand Dental to everyone for all their Dental needs!

Totally unprofessional. Unwilling to take responsibility for their work. Constant flow from of drive-by dentists..different one every time. Confused and disorganized front desk. Screw up my appointments & billing multiple occasions. Keep you waiting. Never again.

This is going to be lengthy but worth it I promise. To begin, I have had the only difficult time trying to find a dentist that was 1. In network with my ins 2. Uses anesthesia/laughing Gas (terrified so I need to be put to sleep) 3. Was able to fit me in asap! I called on a Tuesday inquiring of the first 2 #’s and was scheduled that very same Friday!!! The lady who picked up the call was super sweet, super patient, and super accommodating. Come to find out we share the same birthday thank you so much for such a great introduction of personality to the office Pernille(office manager) I am a firm believer that the face of the office is not only your check-in staff but the very first phone call to an office which can alter one’s opinion on whether or not they even want to be bothered scheduling,and for sure Pernille was a sweet heart. So arrival day of my appointment comes and last minute my daughters (she’s 2) dad was unable to stay with her for me. I called the office with the expectation of them telling me I had to reschedule but nope! They said no worries, bring her in!!! Moms- we all knw this could have surely went the other way around but they still allowed me to keep my appt and bring a toddler! I arrive at the office and all of the front desk/check-in staff wore warm smiles that was welcoming and were quick to check me in. Now let’s skip to the good part, (I battled myself with telling this part-but deemed it necessary for anyone who may need a sense of persuading in their opinion to visit with the office due to the staffs great characteristics) I have battled with sister Mary Clarence (menstrual cycle) my whole life. Of course who decides to make their grand entrance as I’m sitting in the dental chair (🤦🏻‍♀️😳) none other thn her and her entire force that gave me no choice but to ask the staff for help.
