I contacted this place because I was told I needed a endodontist for a root canal. They said they didn't have an endodontist but their dentist performs root canals. They wanted me to schedule an appt. I told them I already did x-rays and I have a referral and with the insurance I have can we start the process because it will take awhile to get clearance. I told them I can email them my x-rays and they said alright. When they received the email they said the dentist still needed to check me out. So I made the appointment which was a week out and I took two buses to get there. When I arrived and filled out all the paper work and was finally taken to the back to be seen I was told they couldn't do it. I had literally just taken my coat off. I was NOT examined at all. Just based on my referral that said I need a root canal I was told no. Which is what I conveyed to the staff several times. Which is what my dentist emailed to them. The fact that they wasted my time in which I could've booked another appointment elsewhere is disrespectful. They also wasted my time and money getting to that place which is absolutely unprofessional. I did my due diligence by giving them ALL the pertinent information beforehand and they still booked me. When I saw the dentist there wasn't even a courtesy exam or even a look at my documents it was just an explicit no. Why wasn't that said initially is beyond me. I cant attest to the actual work they do but in terms of being a professional establishment I can say without a doubt they aren't I promise you. There is no way.

Went there yesterday for a first visit for me and my 1year old son. Dr. Rana and the girls were very patient with him and very courteous. They played with him while I was getting the treatment I needed and made sure he was okay and entertained at all times. Dr. Rana made my son’s first dentist visit a success. Where can I start, I had an 11 and 11:30 am appointment for my kids in which I arrived 10 minutes earlier and I ended up waiting 2 hours but that was not the problem. They call my son to numb him wait another 30 minutes and I notice 3 people went in front of me 1 new patient and 2 people for cleanings of course i complain and I was told by the mananger that I had to wait because it was a saturday and they needed to see those people first. Why ? They triple book the doctor if we will be waiting for hours. I ended up with a notice I was no longer going to be seen By this office because i complained about waiting for so long... Of course I won't be returning to this office the manager is very rude Dr. Rana is very professional and a gentle doctor, the assistants they are kind but the front desk needs to learn how to fix the schedule...

This dentist office is the best I ever been. I had so many bad experiences in the past to the point I did not want to go to the dentist so sad.
