From the moment I met Dr Drain she was personableC and professional. She thoroughly explained everything she was doing and took the time to answer all my questions. I felt like I gained a new friend! The office is very nicely decorated with a most professional environment. A pleasurable trip to the dentist.

I had been going to her for 5 years or more, then i canceled an appointment 24 hour notice, the office manager said no record of Cancelation they want to charge me $25.00 . This was in 2018,, fast forward her office called me to come in for cleaning and they still trying to get monies i dont owe them. They are just as rude, I explained to receptionists, she went to the back saying she was going to speak to Dr. and she never came back out after 25 mins i left. No wonder her office was empty, they are trying to get old clients to come back and she has a 2.9 rating. Thought I'd give them one more try don't waste your time unless you want to be mistreated...terrible business sense.

On the 23rd of September I had a filling done by Dr. Drain, which has never been a problem before, but this time it has been nothing but a nightmare. I was instructed to come back after 2 weeks if there were to be any problems. As I found out those 2 weeks are their guarantee period and anything after that is required a payment for being seen. Long story short due to the filling I have been experiencing toothaches on that tooth and migraines stemming from that side of my mouth. I would require only a bite correction but I refuse to pay $200 for a 2 minute job on top of finding out that I've been overcharged $144 according to my insurance. Would not recommend Dr. Drain

Rude office staff and they won’t fix their mistakes. They’ll botch your filling and then force you to pay for the whole process over again. 0/5.

I’d give no stars to be honest. And a real review on someone’s business or profession coming from a friend to give a good rating doesn’t count but leave it to me to make this count cause frankly I’m furious. A professional dentist does not fill a person and their child’s entire mouth that had little to no cavities, you fill the cavity that was supposed to be filled not the healthy teeth 1# #2 This is the United States of America if I need to take my child to another dentist for something I will do so and you will not charge my baby 100$ in order to see her. Take it from me do not come here if you want your teeth that are healthy to stay healthy. I will be returning fully to Dr Rasner who knows what he’s doing as a professional and also the rest of his staff that have always been outstanding.

Very clean facility. Dr. Drain is very professional. She is an excellent dentists and her staff that she has now is courteous and professional as well.. I give her 10 stars.

Dr.Drain is a excellent dentist she cares about her patients and any procedure that you need to get done she explains it and she takes her time her personality, vibrant attitude, and a smile that goes along way her staff is phenomenal.

I have been going to Dr Drain for years. The office is clean and The staff is professional. Dr Drain cares about her patients and is good at what she does.

You must go visit the dental hygienist Betty at lakeside! Absolutely amazing service , very personable with the greatest touch to make sure the whaatever you’re getting done is painless. I had the shortest wait in the waiting room, and once I was in, Betty was sure to take care of me. Dr. Drain did a great job herself when she came in to finish the check up and the rest of the staff was awesome as well. I would recommend lakeside a million times over !

Scheduling was quick. Reception was warm. Dr. was polite, professional and explained every step of the process.

Rude and unpleasant experience the receptionist Erica took messages and I never got to speak to my dentist regarding my temporary crown that came off had to come back and another person had to make a new one. They drill stains away instead of cleaning or using the right method. I am not returning and was told due to having state insurance they won't schedule appointments after 3pm which is insane. I know my teeth are not that bad and the white stuff they used is already falling off. Being cheap and rude will only get you so far. This experience has taught me a VERY VALUABLE lesson. Find another dentist and never return to this one. Being nice is not proof of quality dental services. They all suck and are rude and fake. Watch what happens to your teeth after a few visits. The guy who works there is also very short with clients and kids. My daughter doesn't like him and neither do I. Not very customers friendly oriented. Very sad they were not this bad in 2012 but they changed for the worse.

I didn't even make it to the first visit because the school bus was late due to a child having an emergency on the bus and the nasty rude and ignorant behavior came flying out from Erica! My son has been going to this dentist for years and I am taking him OUT! With him I had no problems! NOW after seeing what type of horror is allowed there in the form of a despicable person called ERICA YEA HE WONT BE BACK! You can tell your boss she lost a long time patient and a new one before we got him in the door with ERICA'S HELP! HERE IS WHAT HAPPENED! I called Lakeside and spoke to a rude nasty horrible person who said her name was Erica! I ask her how late they would see a patient after the scheduled time and she said 15 minutes. I was explaining to her what happened and she interrupted me and said rude and nasty well we have patients coming in at 4 mam! So I said Well I guess I have to reschedule mam. The this evil rude nasty person says well your gonna have to pay a fee for not showing up! I replied he couldn't help what happened on the bus and she stated its not their problem and hung up on me! I couldn't believe it! So I called back to put in a complaint about her behavior and ask her name. She said I had to leave the message with her and the doctors do not have voice mail! I find it hard to believe that a professional dentist office would employ such a rude ignorant person who cost them clients! THERE IS NO WAY THEY DON'T KNOW HOW COMPLETELY RUDE AND IGNORANT SHE IS AND KEEP HER THERE!

I was surprised to be recommended to another facility by a staff member and patient. It didn't take long to see why. For my husband first visit he walked in with no pain to come out with a toothache that another doctor had fix. Not only is Dr Drain unpleasant to have as a dentist. She hires rude, unprofessional and unpleasant front desk staff as well. It was also disgusting and disturbing to over hear her staff say how Drain uses certain materials to have patients come back in for more work. Shame on me for going back after I was warned.

The Receptionist ERICA is the most ignorant, unprofessional, and deceitful person in a professional setting I have ever come across. After looking at the reviews here and online I'm confused as to how she is still employed there. I'm totally disgusted and when I told her I was coming to speak to a manager and reporting my incident to better business bureau she told me to do what I have to do. I'm actively searching for another dentist who takes me insurance because I refuse to set foot back in that place!

I went because of my broken wisdom, she referred me to her specialist for a root canal to a molar that I was not complaining about, the specialist perforated the canal, repaired it without even telling me, this molar is holding my bridge, I don't know if I will have to go for a denture if I loose this molar......so disappointed, by the way they did return my co-pay.....also They said they don't extract the wisdom?!!!! so what really they do? I am changing the office........NOT RECOMMENDED IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR TEETH.

Dr. Drain is a great dentist that truly cares about her patients. I had extreme tooth pain and she alleviated and then fixed the problem immediately. Yes the staff may have attitudes at time but it is because Lakeside Dental is extremely busy and sees a lot of patients on a daily basis. Dr. Drain strives to see her patients with healthy smiles and does great work. She's amazing and would highly recommend anyone and everyone to her. Sincerely, Joel

These people do not care about their patients at all. All about the money. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional.

I don't understand how this woman is allowed to practice dentistry. She botched filling my cavity-- twice in the same tooth-- so that by the time I finally wised up and got myself to a competent dentist, the damage was done and I needed a root canal. Now, well over a thousand dollars in copays later, I still experience minor pain whenever I eat on that side and may eventually need the tooth extracted. The first filling literally FELL OUT and the second leaked (might have been better if it fell out too, since I didn't know it was leaking). Mind you, I brush, floss, and take care of my damn teeth. This all comes back to Dr. Drain. Not only that but her office staff consistently mixes up my records with other patients' and bills my insurance wrong. Please, please, please find another dentist.
