This office is the most unprofessional office I have ever dealt with. My appointment was cancelled on at least 3 occasions. The last one being last Friday when I received a call literally minutes before my scheduled appointment to be canceled. Consideration for someone else’s time is not a priority to them. I was given all kinds of reasons for cancellations it really makes you wonder which of the many were even true.

Honestly, they need a new front desk. Called about a dental emergency. Tooth broke and told the front desk I was in a lot of pain hoping to get an appointment anytime that week or later. Immediately she just said their unfortunately booked... which I get(covid) so I asked her if they recommended anyone because I was in so much pain. She scoffed and said I could look around and basically was like good luck. Horrible. Don’t bother.

Dr. Umut Caglar is amazing!!! I exaggerate not, I was so super nervous going in as I had not been to the dentist in years. Unfortunately I waited way tool long to receive treatment for my wisdom tooth, and had to get it removed right away. I took a pill called valium to help me calm down, but other than that he made feel so comfortable. I have to set up an appointment for next month for two fillings and a cleaning. I have never felt so comfortable with a dentist in my life. I would highly recommend.

This has to be hands down the best dentist EVER! Usually I try to avoid the dentist seeing as it's the worst experience ever, but Dr. Caglar is the exception to an otherwise unpleasant necessity. I have had root canals, cleanings, fillings, and crowns and strangely enough I keep coming back for more. He has the friendliest staff, floors you can eat off of, and the gentlest hands I have ever dealt with. His work ethic is bar none high above the rest. If you have some kind of tooth pain he will immediately see you and figure out the issue. He is very informative, and will explain what is wrong by showing you that X-ray you had to endure with that thing shoved in your mouth. He and his team go above and beyond by doing what most dentist don't : THEY PUT THE PATIENT FIRST!! The dentist office is usually a place where anxiety/panic runs wild and horror stories of needles and machines jam packed in your mouth will send you running for the hills; but Dr. Caglar and his staff have filled their office with serenity and tranquility.. He is the ONLY dentist for me.. and he should be for you too, you won't regret it!!!!

Simply outstanding dentist. Dr. Umut Caglar is very experienced and extremely attentive to the need of his patients. While I am very happy with the range of treatments that I received as a patient, as a parent I have noticed that Dr. Caglar has a special way with children, he is really patient with them, making them feel very comfortable while working on their teeth. So I recommend Dr. Caglar with no reservation.

Hello, I'm Markien. I wanted to take this time of mine to share my experience with this very exquisite and professional business. I called in today 5/17/2016 as an emergency walk in and was seen in under an hour. I immediately felt welcomed as if I'd been a patient for 10+ years. I'm an introvert and the receptionists made me feel important and comfortable, so i didn't stop talking through my entire visit. We shared family stories and all. I am switching my children to this dental office. I'm very glad I chose this as I had many many options. I give this service a 10 out of 5 stars. Looking forward to my next appointment in two weeks. Dr. Caglar is an awesome dentist. I have brought my entire family to see him. He is consistently gentle and takes any fear of going to the dentist away!! I would recommend Dr. Caglar for both adults and children. My children, ages 3-18 have all been to see him and have no problems making and keeping their next appointments. I no longer hear, "I don't want to go to the dentist." Thank you Dr. Caglar for all that you have and are continuing to do. My family really appreciates it.
