This office has been amazing! The staff from the receptionist to the dentist have been nothing but wonderful. They all used my name and talked me through each step. They were informative and patient and helped to calm my fears. I wouldn’t recommend them enough!

Today I got a cleaning and a crown put on my tooth. It was my first time going to a dentist here in Albuquerque. I had the most amazing experience, from the moment I walked in I felt so welcomed. I saw Jae Yang DDS today, he was very professional and educated. He also talked me through every step which made me feel comfortable. I am usually an emotional ball going to the dentist. I loved everyone here at Bosque smiles and can’t rave more about how kind everyone is here. I will definitely be coming back and seeing Jae Yang DDS!

I do not know why people gave stars to this place, they do not care about your time at all. After waiting 45 minutes, they told me doctor is not be able to see you for another 20 minutes more. Gos knows that was just another lie to make me stay there. If you do not have extra time to waste waiting up , this place is not your place to go.

I'm giving a 5 star rating because it was less expensive than my previous dentist as well as I was able to get same day crowns. Bonus points for being dog friendly in this evolving world. Bravo. The dentist himself was very straight forward and used verbiage that came on a little strong. His fantabulous support staff and ladies in the front office added just enough cheerfulness to smooth that over. I will use them again and I have already recommended them to others.

I am terrified of the dentist. Irrational for someone my age, I know. But the people here were absolutely amazing. From checking in, to taking my X-Rays, all the way through the fillings I needed, the team was fantastic. For the fillings my team was Dr. Kreh and Mary. They made me feel comfortable in every way and it didn’t even hurt! They also told me before we started that should I become uncomfortable to just raise my left hand. I never did, but I felt more relaxed knowing that it was an option to stop if I needed. If you’re looking for an amazing dental team with advanced technology to take care of your teeth, look no further!

At 32 I’m by no means old fashioned, but the days of old are just THAT.. I never allowed myself to be seen at this practice because the receptionist was oddly less welcoming than a gas station clerk at 2am. Someones dog was chilling at the receptionists desk, and at one point roamed around the building causing all the employees to come out and have a few laughs. I don’t think I’d trust anyones hygiene at this dental center. I was already put off by the person chilling outside smoking a joint like he owned the whole shopping center. I guess I just expected professionalism since this office is fairly new. Hope I made your day, because you certainly didn’t make mine..

The great team at Bosque Smiles saved the day for me today. I had a temporary crown come loose and my dentist was out of town. The amazing team at Bosque Smiles didn’t hesitate to tell me to come in and they would help me. No appointments, No we are too busy but rather just come in as soon as you can and we will “fix you right up.” Great team, beautiful office and an attitude you don’t find in business anymore.

worst experience ever.. the nurse was great , and the receptionist was great , but the Asian male doctor started to sell me things in an over priced of 3,500$ for gums and teeth cleaning.. rude , make you feel stupid and even yelled at me

Finished my registration online with The Smile Generation My Chart which was easy too. After speaking with the hygienist, dental assistant and doctor, they informed me of the problem and which route to take. I just want to start by saying that this office the people were very nice. Even the dentist was very nice. However, the cost is crazy. I was quoted $864 to get a tooth extraction and I went to comfort dental and was quoted $64 with my insurance. Very scary on why the price is so much higher
