I’ve been coming to this office for about a year and up till recently things were fine. When I first started coming here it was an ok experience. I see both the dentist and braces. I started seeing Dr Elizabeth but she was too rude and didn’t explain anything to me. I switched to Dr Yang after I heard she was good. She was worse. Doesn’t explain anything either, yells for the assistant to come into the room, she is rough and bullies you into getting procedures without knowing what I needed. This was a huge red flag. Because of this I went online to file a complaint about the office and found out this office is losing its ability to see Medicaid patients because of Fraud. They committed insurance FRAUD. How are they still seeing Medicaid patients like me?!? Stay away!!! The assistants are never the same ones, this recent visit they seemed run down and tired but they did their best. Braces was completely different experience.

I've been going to this location and seeing Dr.Yang for years. She's treated my kids and myself, and I love her! She's excellent with my kids' individual fears and special needs, and probably the easiest doctor visit for my autistic son. I am very satisfied with our treatment here.

I would never recommend anybody to this facility Elizabeth Wilson, D.M.D is condescending and disrespectful. I’ve had many procedures at dentist offices, and I’ve never experienced such a worst experience than I have at this facility 4701 lomas Blvd NE Albuquerque nm I had a root canal done by Huan yang D.D.S she was working on multiple patients while working on me using the same gloves. Also she had to keep numbing my teeth because she was taking long on other patients. I’m confused that unsanitary as well as unprofessional. a hour and a half procedure took 4 hours from huan Yang jumping from patient to patient. I scheduled an appointment also paid cash and walk-ins were taken before me as well being work on and leaving before me. on a different visit to get the cap to finish up the root canal procedure Elizabeth Wilson repeatedly talk to me in a condescending way when I ask her not to jam the tube in my mouth that clears the spit, she just repeatedly says oh I’m trying to help you. I said how are you helping by choking me and your assistant try to pull the temporary cap off and cut my gum because she did not know what she was doing. Elizabeth told her to stop and then she remove the temporary cap. I’m from Philadelphia Pennsylvania!!!!! We have outstanding doctors!!! I wish I could say the same for New Mexico at Comfort dental on 4701 Lomas blvd Ne. I will be going to Aspen dental To have anymore procedures done in the future where they treat African Americans with respect!!!! that pay cash especially!!! I was recommended by a acquaintance but I’ll do my own research first before I send my hard earned money on on the facility just trying to rush and make quick money by working on multiple people at the same time.

1. Speak with the manager before you leave, always 2. file a complaint with the NM Dental Association if any problem arises and they don’t even want to consider helping. Why is it the woman at the front desk in the evenings, who never smiles or gives a greeting, usually women like her ar extremely rude at most comfort dental places. Each women whom is Hispanic or half even have bad to state about Native Americans or just seem so lazy to take information down. If women like that can’t work with the public they shouldn’t have jobs& be whom they are at home, which is probably worse in every way, no manners on how to be kind either. To get a kind Dr or for them to treat you descent please submit your complaints about the staff to the Drs & Nurse association, but first look at your teeth then speak with a manager before you exit& if any problems exist right after, next file all the complaints possible to anywhere, even the insurance companies, people like this need to be held accountable,& shouldn’t have license’s. Also watch out for the front desk and people behind them whom talk about others badly. Seems to get the Drs uptight to patients when they act that way. Your new dentist can argue, complain and act rudely too much yet he can’t do his job properly for people who actually pay.m with his bad helper. Anyone else paying with a credit card for their premium dental isn’t being referred here by me anymore. What I dont understand is why this place hires the worst scamming dentists who can’t actually care to help someone then make an excuse to be lazy or inconsiderate to do their jobs. Why even be a dentist, try being a scam artist or has Comfort Dental became it.

I am vary disappointed how they treated my mother They will max out your insurance without your knowledge, as well as treat you like the problem when they mess something up. The dentist was rude and avoid my mother for speaking up. The assistants are amazing for putting up with the unprofessional dentist and working for them and doing their job for them.

This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had at the dentist. The Dr. looked at my teeth and told me very quickly and rudely that her assistant will explain what she found. They told me that I had 12 cavities! That was a giant red flag so I got a second opinion. The other dentist said I had two cavities. I believe this dentist is committing fraud. Very rude and taking advantage of people by trying to bully them into getting unnecessary dental work. HORRIBLE PEOPLE.

My tooth was hurting real bad and I couldnt help it. I didn't know where to go but drove by and saw this place. So I called and they said I could come in right now. I got there and they took me in and I was pretty nervouse but the Dr was cool and helped me. And got me threw being nervous even when my tooth had to be pulled out. After all that he told me what other stuff I need to come back for so I don't have to get no more teeth pulled. Vanesa the asstant is nice. Go to Dr. Prieto. He talks Spanish to.

One time as a young kid, trying to smile bright like everyone else. My first visit was approached by a friendly consultation by Dr.Yang at Comfort Dental Lomas. Pricing was absolutely reasonable and options of payments and gold plan is what made it happen. I ate sweets often and do not take care of my teeth, was recommended with General work followed by braces. This location and the staffs gave me a chance to smile like everyone else.

Ive been in pain all weekend so I was glad Dr. Prieto was able to see me today. He and his assistant Leslie were awesome and gave me some options to replace my broken teeth. Walked in with pain and left feeling so much better even though I had 2 teeth pulled. Didn’t feel a thing. Thank you Dr. Prieto. You’re the best!
