Went here after feeling I was missing something with my previous dentist and I can say this place is amazing! I left having more knowledge about my teeth and their cleaning was the best.

I was optimistic coming here based on all the great reviews, but this dentistry and Dr. Lines left me so disappointed. I went in for a cleaning they found some spots that needed fillings, I decided they should do it. After the procedure - and now for months, I noticed all of the spots they had placed fillings were now painfully sensitive to the heat and cold foods, crunchy foods, I couldn’t even floss. I have had other fillings before and have never had this experience. So frustrated with myself for coming here.

Horrible service!!!! Had to cancel my daughters appointment the morning of because she woke up coughing and had a high fever. They said because I was canceling my appointment they would not reschedule or see her again at this dentist!!! Really so you want me to take my child sick, coughing and with a fever to your business to keep with your policies and infected everyone??? What a wonderful business practice you are displaying!!! Don’t bother going here, if you get sick the day of your appointment you are banned forever!!!!

Wow, what a clean, well organized, modern and knowledgeable office. Everyone was so polite, they were so patient with my two year old and 5 year old that I brought with me. By far the BEST part was the cleaning. Ciara was my hygienist and she was delicate and thorough. My last hygienist left my whole mouth cut up and sore for days. Ciara’s hands were so steady and she left my mouth feeling like I had just had the best cleaning of my life, because it was. So happy. Don’t waste your time anywhere else. It is worth the drive!

It’s was a great experience, the staff was very helpful and showed interest in what I wanted. It was a personalized experience to say the least!

With my insurance I found Legacy! The office staff are very friendly and Katie was great! Along with Dr Anderson! I have recommended with a coworker already. Thanks for being compassionate and personable!

Staff at Legacy Dental are great, honest, and work to make sure your mouth and teeth are healthy. Dr. Anderson and Dr. Lines really care for each patient and never make you feel like you’re a number to them.

Whether having your teeth cleaned or other dental work, Dr. Lines and his team plus Brenda, my hygienist, take great care to ensure that you are receiving excellent care. And the front office service is fantastic. All of the staff are kind and efficient! That is a great combo. I am so glad the family switched to Legacy Dental.

I have never been more disappointed in any medical practice. I had an appointment today to repair a denture, and the dental assistant, who brought me back, appeared to have no idea what I needed to generate an appeal to get it repaired as it had been made by another dental office who now refuses to take Medicaid or Medicare. They had previously done another repair, while not great, but adequate, 3 months ago with no problem. It was extremely confusing talking to the assistant, and I asked her to explain twice as I did not understand what I needed to do. I never at any time raised my voice or got angry at ANYONE. A few minutes later, their " ENFORCER", a very intimidating woman, who literally stomped down the hall told me that because I had questioned what was going on, they would not help me and were referring me to another clinic and we're asking me to leave. I had just established there, and it was extremely rude, very unprofessional, and neither the dentist or anyone else would talk to me. In fact in my 3 visits there I only saw a dentist one time for about 15 seconds. He did no exam of any kind and walked out to the next patient. When I tried to ask the "enforcer" a question to clarify that they were refusing to help me, she said "see, that's what I mean", and would neither let me ask a question, nor get a word in edegewise, but tried to turn things around on me. She was extremely rude, & I would NEVER refer anyone else to that practice,, and I am grateful that I found out early the attitude towards people who have Medicaid, which was very apparent, and obviously not one that was welcome. It's ironic that the exact same repair was done on my initial visit with no problems, and certainly no "enforcer" involved. It was blatant she was being used to intimidate me & I said fine & left. I have never been treated more rudely in a medical office in my life and would never recommend that anyone go there.

They’ve been so helpful And understand to my concerns, they help come up with goals for the future and just great customer service over all!!

This was my first visit to Legacy Dental and I was very pleased with the service I received and the friendliness of the staff. I will definitely be back! Thank you Regina for doing such a thorough job!

Absolutely great experience.. Dr Lines and his Wonderful Team are the Best. My hygienist Katie is amazing, she was thorough with a gentle touch. Professional and Courtesy service was truly a awesome experience at the dentist office. Thank you soooo much!

I have always received good service with hygienists. However Regina really stood out as really caring about how to better take care of my teeth and taught me some things I was never told. Which impressed me since I’ve gone to the dentist for 50 plus years. My teeth feel amazing.

Efficient staff, and my hygienist was the best. She cleaned my sensitive teeth without hurting me and I could really feel the difference! Any questions about my cleaning and tooth care we're answered.

Is there a bad employee here? The front desk is always super friendly and helpful. Ciara was a delight and I've also had Regina. The doctors are grand! I don't like going to the dentist but they make the experience better than I've ever had. Amazing job Legacy! (Also appreciate the texting option for appointments)

It was a pleasure to walk in to Legacy Dental and get greeted with a warm smile by the knowledgeable front desk team, my hygienist, Brenda was fantastic and Dr. Lines is awesome. You must give them a try! You won't be disappointed.

I broke a tooth over the weekend and they got me in first thing Monday morning.i am 14 weeks pregnant and they were incredibly kind and caring. Everyone asked how I was feeling and was genuine about my comfort and very knowledgeable about what I can and cannot do since pregnancy has a lot of limitations. I had to get my tooth pulled and I experienced no pain. Dr. Anderson did the procedure and was wonderful. After the procedure I had some achiness the rest of the day. Tylenol killed any pain. And no pain by the next day. I loved this place and will now make this my dental home. I recommend this place to anyone.
