i have had issues feeling comfortable at a dentist office in the past, and every single person on staff at this location was extremely nice, welcoming, and thorough. there were so many people at the start of the day and not a single one of us had to sit around waiting to be helped. amazing staff! great location. loved everyone starting from the receptionists, to armando and dr hong-elder!

Worst service! I got charged 150 for literally a 10 min office visit. Plus they billed my insurance. I never got a receipt or anything saying where the money when towards. They wanted to schedule a procedure which my insurance covers at 100% and they still wanted to charge me. They canceled my appt without telling me and said they called me 5 times. Which I never got a call. I got the all the calls when all they wanted was to collect money for a procedure. They do not know how to bill correctly. My insurance is going to request money back for the claim they filed. Never go to this place. All they want is your money and awful patient care.

Armando was great. Wonderful experience! Very informative.

Just got my teeth cleaned at NE Heights dentistry. Armando is the best hygienist I've come across...he thoroughly explains what he's doing and why and makes the whole experience as less unpleasant as possible. Highly recommend. Ray R.

New to the area. Cracked a tooth on a weekend, was able to book online &, got an urgent appointment quickly. Every single person who worked there was super friendly, very professional & hardworking. Very clean & modern. I will definitely return for regular checkups.

Dr. Hong, Armando and the staff were friendly and supportive. Great experience at the dentist—not a sentence I say often.

I cannot speak to the quality of the dental work, but the business office is, in my opinion, unscrupulous. I could not get an explanation of the bill, nor a receipt, and they did NOT email one to the patient as promised. We were "upsold' in my opinion. I tried to resolve through the credit card company, but they didn't cooperate, but in fact, wore me out, so live and learn.

Staff is super helpful!! Dr. Krhe is wonderful. Very thorough and patient.

I need to start this review by stating how terrified I have always been about going to the dentist. I let my teeth get pretty bad before my husband dragged me in here. From the second I walked in the door the receptionists were happy and positive. There is this nice big round art work that calmed me. Everything felt ok but still scary until I met my dental hygienist, Armando Aranda. Wow! Armando has such a calming nature. I felt ok and eventually I felt like I was able to trust the care I was receiving. I have a follow up appointment and for the first time in my life I am actually planning on going. Thank you Armando for being patient with me and for not being scary.

Office was so helpful & was able to get an appointment with in the next week Helped my boyfriend with some major tooth pain

i received my implant tooth but the color is off when you look at it in the real light. Dr. Hong was very responsive to getting this issue corrected with a new shade of tooth. Thanks Dr. Hong

there have been issues with the office submitting/filing dental claims with the insurance company. I asked for a copy of ALL the invoices that have been submitted to my insurance office 2 months ago and I have yet to see any. In my last visit at this office, I was overcharged by 334.00. I brought this to the attention of the office manager a month and she has not responded, "I'm too busy", has been her only excuse for not correcting the error. It has taken me to get the attention of the Regional manager to get things corrected. Today was the last draw, she cancelled an appointment for today which is a dental emergency. When I asked what I was supposed to do her response was, "go find another dental office". Check your claims and receipts. This office manager is unwilling or over her head to get the job done correctly.

Friendly staff, modern technology and a friendly dentist. So glad I found them. I will definitely be back for another cleaning.

This team is amazing and they provide and provided excellent customer service to help me for my teeth. The pain was taken away and the staff was so professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and skillful and made me feel welcomed and have my loyalty to keep coming back to care for my teeth to the best!!! Normally I am very pleased with their service; however, things have gone downhill as of late. During my Jan 2022 exam I was advised I needed a crown. We scheduled it to be completed during my July 2022 exam/cleaning. When I arrived in July, they had no record of the crown appointment, just the exam/cleaning. We rescheduled a follow-up appointment for the crown. When I arrived for the crown appointment, they quoted me about $100 more out-of-pocket than I was originally quoted when we made the appointment. I objected to no avail, so I walked out...

I can't say enough about the great treatment we've received. I was one of those "same dentist for 30 years & then he retired" guys and anxious about a new dentist. Several implants and a fair amount of "regular work" (for both my wife and I) later I had become a fan. But, when my teenage son had a horrific experience involving multiple broken teeth they went "above and beyond". One of those experiences I'll never forget. High tech, high touch, highly recommend for your dental needs.

When talking about the dentist office, comfort is not usually the first word that comes to mind… but the folks here at Modern Dentistry make each experience comfortable. The staff, from the nice ladies that answer the phones, to the assistants, to the docs, everyone is extremely professional and friendly. Armando is the best! I really want to say thank you for being so amazing at what you do and keeping me on my path to dental hygiene. Thanks to the whole office for being the best at what you do. I recommend you to anyone and everyone!

This place is amazing. I trust all the providers, they’re awesome and make you feel so welcomed. The staff is amazing and friendly, and is always very thorough with explaining any next steps. I would recommend this place to anybody, you’ll be in for a awesome visit!
