Clean office, and friendly staff. Dentists are great too! I have been so happy to have found this practice! The hygienist actually washes her hands, and changes gloves if she touches a dirty surface, before she puts gloved hand in your mouth.

We had an emergency appointment the same day we called. We were very glad to be seen so soon. The whole experience went well. Dr. Jason Ross was pleasant and very professional. The only problem is we were referred to an oral surgeon who does not accept Medicare. So we'll have to pay out of pocket. Other than that, we were very happy with our experience at Ross Family Dental.

If I could give Dr. Ross and his business 10 stars, I absolutely would. I have gone to Ross Family Dentistry since I was a little girl, maybe 6 or so. It was very important to my mom to find a dentist good with kids. My brother and I have absolutely never had a problem!! Dr. Ross & his staff have always been gentle with my brother and I, and we always looked forward to our bi-annual dentist appointment with him. I no longer live in the area, but if I did, or had my own children and was in the area, I would absolutely still continue to come to this dentist clinic!! I've been going to Ross Family Dental for over 15 years. I really appreciate their professionalism, friendliness and kindness. Several years ago, Dr. Jason replaced two crowns on my upper front teeth because they were over 35 years old and you could see metal at my gum line from the old technology. I absolutely love the new crowns Dr. Jason made for me! They look exactly like my natural teeth and meet up perfectly with my gum line. After 35 years of hiding my front teeth, I now feel comfortable showing them off in my big smile! Most recently, Dr. Jason restored one of my upper molars that had cracked. Again, the crown matches perfectly with the rest of my teeth. You would never suspect it is a crown. One more thing, Dr. Jason is really good at giving the numbing shots and doesn't hurt you. I absolutely love Dr. Jason's work! I whole-heartedly recommend Dr. Jason and his staff.

I first saw Dr. Kerry in 2015. I moved out of state and came back to ABQ in 2020. I was so excited to be able to see Dr. Kerry again. I absolutely trust her with my dental care and feel taken care of. Since I have been back she is fixing previous dental work that my out of state dentist made no mention of. The difference of working with Dr. Kerry instead of the out of state dentist has been truly incredible. I am so happy to be her patient again!

ZERO stars ...absolutely the worst dentistry I've ever experienced.. The hygienist cut my cheek while doing a deep cleaning in my gums and then said that I had "bitten my cheek" in her report ..my cheek became infected , the dentist had to inject antibiotics into the infected area..the dentist changed the hygienists report to eliminate the "bitten cheek" submission.. I changed dentists immediately.. Dr Ross is someone that I would definitely not recommend.
