I needed a tooth taken care of and they got me an appointment within an hour of calling, even as a new patient. Great staff very friendly and professional, and dentist explained everything he was doing well. Highly recommend for anyone in need of a dentist.

I needed my wisdom teeth removed so I called sonrisa dental and Jessica pick up the phone and was very nice to me also go me an appointment instantly with in the hour I had my wisdom teeth removed!! Also dr T came in and had all the teeth out with in 20 min it was amazing experience they did a great job 10/10 I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!

I had always feared more than anything was a dentist office. I have had the worst experience in the past. Causing me severe anxiety. I had an appointment for Sonrisa Family Dental and i can honestly say that from the beginning it has been a great experience. The staff in front are friendly and helpful. Very organized and attentive. The lobby is clean and spacious very well maintained and clean. I was greeted by a dental hygienist named Jessica she was absolutely professional well knowledgeable all the way around. She explained in detail step by step starting from the X-rays of my teeth to the cleaning procedure. Jessica made the process comfortable. You can definitely tell that she had many years of experience in her field of work. She knew exactly where to position the equipment used in the cleaning process. Very well set up on the tables with all the tools. After the cleaning my teeth feel amazing super clean and smooth. I highly recommend Sonrisa Family Dental and i highly recommend asking for Jessica for all procedures. Goodbye fear and hello a great Sonrisa.

I have a fear of the dentist but this place put me at ease. Jessica is so quick and sufficient with her work so the appointments are over fast. I would recommend this place to all.

Feels like family!! I called them needing an emergency visit and was seen that same day. They came up with a dental plan to fix all my issues, which included replacing 4 crowns, several extractions and 6 implants. They are flexible and accommodating with their payment plans. Best of all is the staff! Shout out to Kelly for being the best and assuring me all will be well (I have major anxiety) and to Dr. Mason for providing excellent service and care. Front desk staff is all super friendly and professional! I actually look forward to going to the dentist now and can't wait to have my implants in. I highly recommend Sonrisa Dental!

The staff at this location are incompetent! When I first talked to Manager named Crystal, I told her to make sure that all my procedures are able to be charged to my insurance before any procedures will be made and that I will only pay the excess which she agreed . I got a call recently that my insurance ended last year and I have to pay all the cost of the last visit. They also said that Crystal is no longer in their office and they will report me to Collections if I don't make the payment. It is just an easy way for them to get rid of their wrong doings instead of accepting the erroneous billing on their part.

I found Sonrisa because I was looking for a new dentist to replace the hacker I had currently been going to. all my life I've had OK teeth until a few yrs ago, age and a few careless incidents caused that to change, and that caused my dentist to have to step up and he failed then I found Sonrisa. and since then I've never looked back, which is good for me, since that meant a return visit to rectify the problem. I work in the local NM Movie business and depend on my smile or lack of it, to get me where I need to go in the Movie business. Since the first time walked in the door on my first visit, I felt at home and the wonderful smiles and greetings from the Staff assure that I look forward to my next office visit. As for the dentist themselves, they obviously know their trade well, they take that extra care that's needed for me to accomplish my mission with no hitches or glitches, and you can just tell in the way they go about their task, they have the confidence in their skills as professionals to make the operation go as smooth as possible. From the friendly Staff that greets you on the way inn the door to the dental technicians that make you feel safe and at home while there, you couldn't ask for a better Dental experience. I brought all three of my children here, which that in itself was amazing that they booked them all on the same day back to back—fantastic service, clean, friendly, professional, & very comfortable environment. Dr. Mason was excellent with my children & dental assistant. Natalie went above & beyond. She is a great employee & excellent with children.

Dr west and Kelly are great. I do not do well in a dental chair and they both kept me relaxed it was a great experience sandy🤗
