My mother was a patient of the original business for years, and the owners were nice. Since the founders sold the business to Dr. Nouri, profit is extensively valued over patient care. My mother is a senior citizen on medicare, she received a call saying medicare wasn't accepted anymore and she could have a last cleaning, however, the business mistakenly scheduled her for a light cleaning rather than a deep cleaning, and said they would not make time to see her, so they just cancelled the appointment on the same day. I am a physician, and I can't imagine doing this to a patient, especially when it was their fault. Also, they are located in a part of town where many people use medicare, so if they are not accepting medicare they should move. I would not recommend patronizing this business.
