The front desk doesn't answer their phones and are terrible when it comes to them canceling on you same day or mischeduling you, but the dental hygienists are knowledgeable, friendly, and caring.

The courtesy, professionalism, and compassion is stellar. I'd give more stars but it only has 5. I had a toothache, and within minutes of walking in as a new patient I was in a chair, had x-rays, and a treatment plan. Dr. Patterson and her entire staff went above and beyond the usual rude, inept attitudes that have been passing for providing medical care in recent years. Came in with excruciating pain and probably an infection. No offer of pain medication, no antibiotics ordered, nothing but a referral to an oral surgeon--IN A MONTH!!!! I could be dead by sepsis by then. Either that or a GI bleed due to constantly eating motrin just to get thru a shift at work. Oh, and even more fun, now my face is so swollen, I can't even open my mouth wide enough to eat. Go, me!

I love everybody there from the minute you walk in and you talk to the girl at the front desk until you walk into the back and you have your experience with the hygienist or the actual dentist or any of the assistants they make you feel like your family they do everything they can to make you feel comfortable there, gentle they take their time and they do everything they can to explain to you what they’re doing and they try to fix the problem instead of being like most dentist that have patients that are Medicaid and just want to make a quick buck by pulling all your teeth out they actually care and that is why I definitely recommend them 100%

Jan 2023 Review: I enjoyed my visit with Natasha. She was great! Very friendly. Great at what she does with the cleaning. She was very detail and quality focused as she worked to remove teeth stains that I would never see in the mirror! Nov 2022 Review: I'm a little delayed in writing my review from my past visits with TruCare Dental. My dental hygienist was Natasha for the past visits, and she has been fantastic. She did my descalings as I did not go to the dentist for two years due to COVID-19. When administering the anesthesia prior to descaling, she only administered the minimum needed to minimize pain while allowing the numbness to go away quickly afterwards. After the descaling, at my next check up, she was very thorough in making sure my teeth were clean of any coffee stains. I recall that she went back a second time just to make sure my teeth were stain free. Thank you Natasha! I'll make an effort to write a review more promptly next time!
