Sundance Dental Care of Bloomfield

They've cancelled on me the day of or day before multiple times because they didn't have a dentist or the entire staff had COVID, but when I needed to cancel for a cold, they say "we have a very strict 48 hour cancellation policy". This place is a joke. Used to be decent like 5 years ago but terrible since 2019. No wonder they can't keep employees. Go elsewhere.

Love this place,they treated me rite made me feel comfortable the environment very clean staff professional and friendly, would not go anywhere else.

Terrible service here I had my temporary crown brake was in pain and all they could do is reschedule me until the following day I would have better luck going to the VET .

MY WIFE AND I HAVE ALWAYS HAD VERY GOOD SERVICE FROM THE ENTIRE STAFF AT SUNDANCE DENTAL. THIS WEEK WE HAD EXCELLENT TREATMENT FROM DR MARTINEZ. THE COST IS VERY REASONABLE.

Very disappointed with the communication this facility has displayed. We made the 2 hour trip for the scheduled appointment. No one had the decency to call us to let us know that the appointment was canceled. Very inconsiderate staff.

After two prior dentist appointments at two different office, I made an appointment the same day I called, went it, had THE MOST BEST EXPERIENCE I've ever had at any dentistry around. Everyone was great! They really care, and it shows! Thanks again guys!

I was in pain when I visited . I was not given any antibiotics and the only advise was to brush and floss my teeth which I do. I went to another dentist and they gave me a deep cleaning and prescribed me antibiotics. And they found out that I needed a crown and had two more cavities. Sundance Dental did not detect these problems.

Usually very happy with front office staff as well as everyone else. After my visit today I was overwhelmed with the care I received. Taylor went above and beyond and it’s been along time since I received a cleaning like that. Thank you so much!!!

They say they can do emergency teeth removal but that is a lie! By appointments only!

I have medicaid so I was treated like I had no insurance. They did my x-rays, no cavities, but told me I had to get approval for cleaning. I was scheduled, rescheduled, cancelled, rescheduled and was told a whole new authorization had to be submitted. I have a job now so by the time anything gets approved I will probably have good health insurance. Will I chose this dental office? Probably not with the way I have been treated.

The dentist (Jordan Morris) was annoyed with my child and decided to refer us to another dentist after 2 minutes of evaluation (literally). He wasn't professional nor was he courteous, do NOT waste your time with this dentistry.

Everything went smoothly. A little slower than normal, but I expected it would be in the first day back. If things were not working correctly, no one showed it. Great experience. Kendra and her assistant were great and talked about everything going on with my appointment

Dr. Milne is exceptional to work with and his manner has put me at ease enough to have work completed that I had put off for many years. I couldn’t recommend him more highly!
