I was in pain and couldn’t get in at my own dentist. Familia Dental took me right away, no lengthy forms while I was suffering, I waited less than 10 mins. and they removed the wisdom tooth very professionally. The staff was kind and friendly. My family will be switching to this office for sure. Dr. Nereli ( sp. ?) and asst. Izzy, the excellent staff at front desk at the Clovis office saved my bacon!! Thanks 🙏

I was having a dental emergency and they were so kind. The receptionist was able to get me in the same day. The lady who took me back was so kind she did my x-ray and then the dentist was quick to see me and he suggested to do an extraction and he arranged his schedule so he could do the procedure a little later that same day. When I came back for the procedure the dentist has a great bed side manner. Throughout the procedure he checked on me to make sure I was doing ok. He’s very kind and so are all of the dental techs working there, I’m sorry I don’t remember names I was very nervous at the time but each member of their team I talked to was so kind that it helped me to be calm and everything went smoothly. Definitely professional and very kind and caring.

Our visit to the dentist at FamiliaDental was ok. I feel like we waited forever, way past our scheduled appointment time. I also didn't feel like they were very clean or sanitary - not like I thought they would be considering the risks of covid and all the germs dealing with everyone's mouths. The doctor was nice but again, I felt the assistants rushed through the teeth cleaning process and could have taken a little more time if that meant I had to sit there a little longer just so they be as rough as they were just getting a cleaning done. Overall, I give this dental office on a scale of 1 to 10 - a 6.
