First of all my kids were supposed to be in at 10:00 we sat in the office till 10:48 when I finally got fed up and when I asked the attendant to reschedule they said that they were still working on getting a room for me so I left they have no toys and a Kids Care Dental and the TV that they wanted the kids to watch didn't even have kids related cartoons or anything that would keep their attention on it but yet they want your kids to sit still and be quiet I recommend you don't take your kids here

Why on earth would you pull teeth and then make people sit and wait to pay. Service rendered let the person pay and leave. Rethink your office policies and consider your patients.

I would NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE!!! My daughters have been getting cleaning there for years today the lady at the front desk was so rude. She was a hispanic with long back hair who looked like she just woke up!!! No good customer service at all I rate them a 0. They lost my service for sure.

Honestly the best experience I have ever had at a dentist. I have horrible anxiety and have had a panic attack at almost every dentist visit, even during routine cleanings. The dentists at Kid’s Care have already done 4 fillings for me with absolute ease and care. They are extremely kind and have definitely gained a customer for life! I 100% recommend!

I would give this dentist office staff (0 star) rating if it was possible. Our first patent appointment went well. My youngest needed dental work. So a week out we made the appointment. I asked if we could get it all done at that appointment. I was told yes. week later we returned, they did one thing took less than 10min and was told to come back agian. I told them what I wrote above they refused to honor this. So we made another appointment 9 days out. I received two calls on Thursday I confirmed the appointment. I received another call on Friday I confirmed agian. than today came; we showed up (we are a professional family so we have to schedule) They canceled the appointment. The front office was very rude. They kept stating they called Monday and we didn't confirm the day before. I checked my phone and vmail. The never called. If someone has to confirm a kids appointment in person, than two calls week before and the day before. This is absolutely abusive if my office acted or placed these insane and abusive confirmation practices they would all be fired.
