Dr. Quinn (formally known as Powell) is amazing. The staff has always been very helpful and willing to rearrange schedule as needed. Expect a wait because it is the best dental care in Clovis. The updates to the building and the equipment was great to see. Modern in every way possible. Wish I could recommend their services above 5 stars.

Average customer service, more concerned about collecting your money versus the patient. Set an appointment 6 months out and received a reminder phone call the day prior but was deployed and family was out of state. They still charged us a $75 no-show fee. Won’t be bringing my business back there. Another example of why businesses are so poorly run here in Clovis.

Expect to wait. Wait for an appointment (especially a cleaning; the poor scheduling could make this take months). Wait in the waiting room: my last two appointments, I waited no less than 40 minutes in the waiting room after checking in at my scheduled appointment time. But they're nice people, mostly, and Julie is a good dentist. She's thorough and will answer all your questions. Just seems like their booking system could use a lot of help.

Powell Family Dentistry is full of extremely nice people, and Dr. Powell is fantastic. I have had great care there, but I thought it should be mentioned for people looking for a dentist in the area that they pump christian radio through the waiting room and examination stations. May not be a big deal to many of the people around here, but I wish I had known before I chose them because as a non-christian I find it extremely inappropriate and upsetting. It really tarnishes my experience there, and since they advertise as a secular public business I think it should be expressed to interested customers that they are so openly non-secular.
