My family and I we all go to this dentist. Lately we’ve felt like we got swept under the rug and the one lady in the front couldn’t help us. And the whole staff there has been really rude. We’re all patients there and this has been the worst customer service ever!!!

Always very nice and has the friendliness staff wish more businesses were more like that!! Going on 4 years now.. last time I went back my dentist totally messed up my teeth. I was knocked out and when I awoke I barely remember the rest of the day i have had anesthesia before and it was nothing like that the drowsiness was nothing i have experienced ever before! Would not recommend them to anyone friend or not.

I am terrified of the dentist due to an unfortunate incident at the Sundance in Gallup. I was hesitant to try any other ones. I decided to not let one bad case define all others so I went ahead and made a much needed appointment here. To say I was surprised by the amazing care I received and continue to receive is an understatement. They have been more than accommodating and understanding of my fear. Everyone from front desk to the drs have been gentle and never made me feel uncomfortable. I have nothing but praise for this office and definitely recommend them. This team is on East Main right past the Harley shop.

They don't know how respect other people's times.. I am very upset.. I didn't even get to finish my cleaning.. I make 2 appointment to take out my wires and make another appointment at least an hour to put my wires back in..

Dr. Rassmusen cares about his patients. He is so gentle. He is the best dentist I have ever seen. I never had to wait in the office. Just the best. I can’t say enough about Dr. Rassmusen and his staff.

Scheduled an appt about a month ago, received a call at about 11:30 am as a reminder for said appointment. Unfortunately, I was advised if I didn't return the call by 2pm, the appointment would be canceled. Now, here's the thing, I work the graveyard shift. I am sleep during said hours. I woke up this afternoon close to 4pm, which is when I saw that that I had received the call checked the voice-mail and called back, letting them know why I didn't call back at 2pm to find out that, yes, appointment was canceled and they'd try to fit me in next week. No, thank you.

This place is wonderful the staff are friendly the doctors are good. They do accept Medicaid here and you do receive excellent care. You get consulted on extractions with your doctor. They have you fill out your paperwork on your phone via link you fill out when sent to your mobile number so no paper required. You must reserve your appointment, they do provide after hour dental care. I rate this place a 5 star and would recommend. Personally I had my wisdom teeth extracted here and they did a fantastic job. Have a good day thank you for reading.

This office is a JOKE!! Id give 0 stars if i could. I went in for a cleaning (May 2022)and dentist didnt show up. Found i had a cavity and scheduled a filling g with i.v. sedation (i.v. guy only there 1x a month) as i have extream anxiety and the tech told me she had spoken with Dr. And he wasnt comfortable giving me multiple shots to numb...(1.2.3. Never numb me completely). Made a follow up call in June may to MAKE SURE i.v. Dr. would be there on my SCHEDULED apt. day in July. Called today to find out what the charges would be for my service. Not only could i not get an answer to a very simple question, i was told i wasnt scheduled for a filling or sedation, just an evaluation to see if i could schedule a 3rd apt. For a darn filling, AFTER id already called 2× AND been seen!!! Needless to say i am done with this office. The shady behavior seems to be a good way to squeeze as many apts. and as much money out of insurance as possible. Im done wasting my time here. Pkenty of other dentists around to choose from.

Was very disappointed, took stand up exrays of my child and didn't put extay vest or shield on her then brought her back to chair and took additional exrays there and once again didn't put exray vest or shield on her or have me step out like they always had in the past n took exray with me in there aswell ..I demanded she bring her the vest for the last reminding exrays n I stepped out for it aswell...completely unacceptable 😤

Had a great visit, afraid but actually turned out to be a great visit. Happy patient

I'm a new patient, as we recently moved to Farmington. I've had two appointments and found the staff and doctor very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

My insurance wouldn’t cover the procedure I needed but Dr. Mill made it work for me so I wouldn’t have to make several trips to Albuquerque and he was able to to do it right away. Him and all his staff were wonderful!

Update 9/2021: Don’t care about their patients. In recent years change in management turned a great office into garbage. Took a year to get my lower partial and during that time never made a repair to another tooth that was planned. Now tooth infected and requires major work to the tune of $1600 and they want me to pay for when was supposed to have been repaired months before. Now have infected tooth and they accept no responsibility after being their customer for years. What a joke Posted 6 years ago when office was fantastic: Had some major dental work done here. Dr. Tornow was the most amazing dentist ever. I have never had a dentist spend so much individual time just helping me develop a treatment plan. The personal care and extra follow ups were absolutely amazing. Outstanding results and excellent continued care. I recommend him to anyone tired of the same ole dentist routine and attitude. Great office staff and assistants make this place a top notch full service dentistry at very reasonable cost!!

My family and I have been going to Sundance Dental Regulary years and never had a problem, My husband had a bad toothache over the weekend so I called them this morning to make him and appointment, the lady on the phone was Very Hateful and Rude and wouldn't make him an appointment until Mid October. So my family will be moving on to a new dentist. Sundance has apparently gotten to big for their britches. By the way this was at the Bloomfield, Nm location.

I am always pleased with the level of personal care, the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, and the quality of treatment. Top-notch!

I always look forward to every dental appointment I have with Sundance. I like hw they are very accommodating to their patients. I like my dental hygienist too. She's too skilled that I cannot feel any sensitivity while she cleans my teeth.

My experience has been great. My appointment was at 2 pm but I got in the dental chair by 2:56 pm. The dentist and his associate were professional. I got two crowns in without a glitch. I wish my HMO would get Sundance in their network.
