Andy is the BEST hygienist!! Very gentle, listens to all my concerns & explains everything in detail. Asks for any concerns in beginning & addresses them before cleaning. I originally went to Bright Star Dental as a result of a bad experience at another dental office here in Las Cruces. I had a root canal procedure gone wrong, which was fixed by Dr. Gilbert at Bright Star Dental with ease. Since then I've had another root canal and years of routine checkups at Bright Star. Every time I go into this office I'm greeted by friendly receptionists and my Hygienist Andy is second to none. Bright Star does an exceptional job making you feel like your cared for. From a pleasant front office check-in, to the always excellent dental assistant Faith and finally to the skilled Dr Gilbert who leads a strong team. (Extra points for Dr Gilbert's guided progressive muscle relaxation as he administers the Novocaine injection!) Once again excellent care was given in my ongoing dental saga!

Staff was super nice from the minute I walked in with Carina at the reception desk making the check in process as a new patient super easy. Andrea, my hygienist made me feel welcomed also as soon as I walked back, giving me a mini tour of the place and explaining what rooms were used for. She was super nice and wonderful to talk to during my cleaning. Dr. Gilbert was also very nice, and welcoming. Overall a very great experience, I look forward to coming back in the future 😊 Update: during my last visit at the office Andy was very nice, it is always such a pleasure to come in and talk to to her while my teeth get cleaned 😁 Dr. Gilbert was also very friendly and informative.
