Gentle Care Dentistry

Gentle Dental has been nice and genuinely caring. When I needed to have an appointment for a tooth acting up, they made a point of getting me in and seen. They gave me options (lots of them) and no pressure. I'm an older person and I've seen good doctors and bad ones. These guys are the best of the best. I couldn't be more pleased.

Had the lucky chance to change my appointment to a sooner date. I was really very impressed with Ashley the technician. She found several problems, discussed with the Dentist and made necessary plans to start immediate treatment. The next appointment was the following Monday after my Friday appointment. Great work Ashley!!

Everyone was so nice. I appreciated having the option of getting detailed information on what was happening and getting recommendations to keep my teeth healthy.

A great experience from start to finish. Very professional, well equipped and kept me informed as we progressed through the procedures. Wow, they even gave me a welcome gift as a new patient ; ) and had a "menu" of complimentary comfort benefits such as lip balm, neck pillow support, sun glasses to cut down on the bright lights, warm facial cloth for cleaning up after treatment and much more. I highly recommend their "gentle care" process for patients. Every person did their job well and with kindness.

I have seen dentists in three states, TX, CA and now NM and I can tell you that Gentle Care Dentistry in Las Cruces has, by far, the best staff and doctors I have encountered. The staff is helpful and friendly. The doctors' professional care goes beyond what you expect. Everybody is well trained and knowledgeable.

If it is possible to have a favorite dental office…this is it! So happy to have discovered Gentle Care Dentistry. Vanessa is outstanding!

Both the Dentist and the hygienist were very attentive and made my experience an extremely pleasant one. I've be going to Gentle Care now for many years and strongly recommend them to anyone who wishes to get excellent service and diligent care.

I was miserable with tooth pain and being new to the area had no idea how to find a dentist to help me. My Medicare advantage plan listed Gentle Care Dentistry as an option. After reading the reviews of others, I decided to give their office a try. I was very happy with the service I received from everyone in their office including the receptionist, dental assistant, dentist and the office staff. The dentist worked with me on determining the best long-term solution to the issue offering all possible options. I am well on my way to permanently addressing the issue with a solution that best fits my goals and budget. I walked out of their office with the tooth pain addressed!

Recently returned as patient to Gentle Care Dentistry. Received my cleaning by Anna. She was kind, courteous and proficient in her assigned task. Also got a quick teeth and gum review by Dr. Thomas, pleasant and professional as always. Glad I came back.

Karina, my hygienist is kind and friendly. Over the years we have established a warm rapport. The new dentist was very thorough and had a good chair side manner.

I never write reviews but this office definitely deserves one. I went in today and had the most pleasant experience. I have severe anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist, but everyone at the front was very welcoming. Shout out to Marissa, who was so nice and made me feel extremely comfortable. I also have to say that they definitely prioritize the patient and what's best for the patient over making money, I say this because the dentist gave me options and went with a less intrusive treatment. Compared to another dentist I went to two weeks ago, the prices were almost half from the other office. So I definitely recommend!!

Went in for a standard cleaning. Was in on time, cleaning was thorough and painless. Everyone there is always friendly and understanding. I have the most dentist anxiety in the world, and even I would say it was a pleasant experience. 😉

Had my 1st appointment with them yesterday & the experience was awesome! They took me for a tour of the facility. The facility is clean, offers bottle water & cookies for their patients. My hygienist is awesome & she loves to educate you on matters that needed to be done! Happy to have found this place! 😀 my 2 kids ages 4 & 6 goes here also & both are happy 😀

As always, everyone was very professional, and friendly. They do excellent work, and to the extent possible, they make going to the dentist a pleasant experience!(:-) We definitely recommend them!!!
