Urgent Dental Care Sonoma

The dentist was nice but the office staff is terrible. Refused my kids care saying that we missed two appointments in 30 days when their office cancelled on us. The office staff needs to go. I would never go here again.

The name is misleading. They do not accept people in need of urgent care. Everything is by appointment only.

Amazing team. I was here on business and chipped a tooth. In and out in 20 mins. Great work. My tooth looks better than before the chip. Covid conscious business. Love it. I wish I could take them all with me to GA.

The dentist’s were very nice and informative, where it should matter the actual dentist workers were very professional. I can’t say the same thing about the front desk/ receptionist, clearly they didn’t know what was going on and how to handle things. They are rude and get frustrated very easily for no reason. Each time I called or even showed up they were pretty rude. I will no longer be going back because of them, which sucks because the dentists were actually good.

I am very please with Sonoma Family Dental. All the staff are super friendly and the wait is also very minimal. I called to get my son seen and they had an appt for us the next day which was great. I definitely recommend them.

I have chiari brain malformation. Went there in pain/panic. Jared???? Southwell Was horrible. At 1 point told me he was tired of working on my problem..They also gave me pic to do work myself. REALLY.

Best dental experience!! Dr. Akopyan and his assistants were the best. They were very patient with me. I had all four wisdom teeth removed with no pain. No bruises or chipmunk cheeks either.

I had my extraction performed by Dr. AKopyan and i feel beyond grateful for the care i recieved from AKopyan he made me feel very comfortable, was aware of my anxiety and made sure my procedure was quik and painless thank you for helping and for taking my severe tooth pain away!!

Dr. Akopyan is so nice and knowledgeable. I was nervous for my wisdom teeth extraction but all of the staff made me feel very at ease and cared for! Also, his assistant was so sweet and made sure I had everything I needed. I truly appreciate the care they provided me!

I visited this office for pain in my molar. I was told the tooth was chipped and needed a crown. I saw Dr. Southwell for the crown. A week after the crown was done my tooth was still in pain and I now had pain in my jaw and couldn't fully open my mouth. I went back to see Dr. Southwell and he stated everything was fine and he spent about three seconds shaving down the crown. Three days later I had more pain in the tooth. I made an appointment with a real dentist at another office. The tooth was badly infected and needed an emergency root canal. When the root canal was completed the dentist then spent twenty minutes shaving the crown down to a proper height. I would never recommend Dr. Southwell to anyone! He was lazy and did a horrible job on my crown, not to mention he completely ignored the fact that I needed a root canal.

Dr. Akopyan was amazing. Even though i was very anxious he me feel comfortable with my wisdom tooth extraction. He made sure I had no pain and that the recovery was going smoothly. His assistant was also very helpful and as gentle as possible. Will definitely recommend them to friends and family. Thank you.

I would leave 0 stars if I could worst place to go to very unorganized they don’t understand what urgent means they schedule you months out and the staff don’t know anything they should know

Dr. Espinoza and Flor are always a pleasure to work with. Clarence feels comfortable and has trust in Dr. Espinoza. All office staff ate super nice and helpful.

This place ROCKS! You all were so nice! Thank you for helping me get rid of a terrible little tooth that caused me so much pain and made half my face swell up like a watermelon! My Shout Out is to Randi at the front desk...she was so sweet and it sounds like she could use a little pampering 🤗 It was really hard to pick one of you, cause you all were so WONDERFUL!
