Be careful the lady at customer service stole my lottery ticket I had bought 3 and didn't see hear take one and switch it with a old unbelievable people who work in customer service would rip u off especially a old lady hope she hits and has a heart attack and can't enjoy it

I was beyong grateful for the technician/nurse who really helped me get thru my tooth extraction but my dentist did nothing to prepare me for post operation. Dr. Chen did not explain a single aspect of my surgery and what to do after. Now I have a dry socket with immense pain despite doing everything I could to follow the direction on the sheet of paper they gave me.

Glenda was professional and personable. Got the job done and it was a breeze. Dec 2022 follow-up hygienist appointment: Adam was excellent. In and out fast. However, I was dismayed to learn I had a large bill. I had been charged and paid in full after every visit, but the amount got adjusted because of insurance. I should not be misquoted for a year and be left with a balance at year end for that portion not paid by my dental plan.
