I am so happy to have found Mindful Dental. They are the nicest and they really care. I have had very bad experiences, they are so kind and gentle and explain things so you can understand. They call to check up after a procedure. Highly recommend!

Honestly, the best dental experiences I've ever had. I've had a lot of dental work done in the past, and I've never come across such honest, thoughtful and caring dental office. Our whole family loves Mindful Dental!

This was a really great dentist experience. Staff very friendly. Little wait time. Cleaning was far less bloody than I’m used to. Finally, for the work I needed done, the dentist was excellent. I am impressed with the entire experience.

Dr Naz is an amazing dentist! I had a throbbing toothache and he was able to squeeze me in same day and get it taken care of. He is very gentle and genuinely cares for his patients. His staff are very warm and welcoming as well. 100% would recommend them to everyone!

Mindful Dental makes the whole process of dental care warm, welcoming, gentle, and easy. In the office, they are calm experts who provide thorough and skilled care. All of the dental hygienists, dental assistants, and office staff are universally kind, responsive, skilled, and helpful. We travel some distance to visit Mindful Dental, and it is worth it -- a consistently wonderful experience for which we are very grateful.

Nice dentists. I am not in their dental plan and it takes forever to get your payment money back from them if your insurance does not participate in their dental plans. The group belonged when I first started. In good will, they could have honored my JJ Stannis dental plan rates as an old customer. Everytime I go for a procedure I have to call and remind them weeks later to credit my Mastercard. I told the office that I would be changing offices because of this money issue. Of course, they all want payment at time of service .I don't think they care about losing patients.

I love this dental practice! All staff are extremely kind, friendly, and efficient. Both Dr Naz and Dr Rocha are very gentle and clever. I have had quite a few different procedures done and each time I am pleasantly surprised how painless and perfect it was. I wish I had known them long ago.

I’ve been to several dentist through the years and in my opinion Dr naz and Dr Roche are the best in dutches county. The staff are all courteous and professional. They should get 10 stars!

I have been a patient with Mindful Dental since they started at their Poughkeepsie location. Since then I have moved to Washington State. Living out here, I have tried the local dental offices and it does not compare what so ever. Now, i make my appointments to correspond with my trips back in Poughkeepsie. It’s a treat to be able to go back and know I’m welcomed even from across the country. I recommend Dr Naz and Dr Rocha to everyone!! Their caring charisma and wonderful staff is just the beginning of why people should go to this office.

It has the atmosphere of a spa or yoga studio rather than a dental office. Office is in a small house nearby Vassar College. Signage is so discreet I have walked past this office many times and never saw it

Excellent !! I had the best experience with the staff and my dentist. This was a referral from a friend; now I'm referring Dr Naz. Oral surgery was painless ; even weeks after. No medication was ever used due to the excellent work performed. Thank you Dr. see you soon!
