Current Manager/receptionist Melissa is highly unprofessional. Felt like I was talking to a street thug. Hygienist/doctors are always nice/thorough. Rating is for front desk staff service.

Horrible…. This is the only local dentist i can find for my daughter within our network. Ive been been calling them since January about 6x total. Left messages and til this day i cant get a call back. I happened to call this morning and i get the answering service, left a message for a call back… then 2 minutes later i get a text message saying they are in office n get back to me. I wait til 12pm to call back n they had me on hold for 30 mins and no one returned to the line. Horrible. Its sad that o have to write this review.

My 2 kids have been going to Healthy Smiles for a very long time. The staff is amazing. The front desk receptionists are always professional and nice. The wait time is not long at all. The dentists and assistants are amazing when it comes to keeping the kids happy. They work fast and efficiently on my kids dental work. I would recommend Healthy Smiles to all parents. I wish they treated adults.

Amazing dentistry, the dentist is always superb, however my only issue with this office is not going based on the appointments they set. My appointment was for 9:30 and sat in the waiting area for 30min without any feedback and or explanation, overall I give a 8/10, the doctors are amazing and make the kids very comfortable and not afraid, just be prepared to sit in the waiting area.
