The WORSE PLACE EVER they want you to pay for what you're already insured for

I've generally had only positive experiences here, just one complaint - as nice as the dental surgeon is, he pulled teeth so fast that days later either a piece of broken tooth that was left or a jagged edge of jawbone started poking out of my gums and scratched my tongue. But honestly I don't know why so many negative reviews. Perhaps they had bad experiences, but in my experience the front desk staff are nice. They may seem rude to some people because they're probably dealing with a high call volume and may sound like they don't care. One other thing though...generally their designer glasses frames are priced around $400 (Gucci, etc.) The pair that I liked was by a brand called Tokio (never heard of it before.) They cost $325 for me (after insurance paid $75) but when I went online and looked up my exact model, they were selling for $75??

Currently waiting an hour and still haven’t seen a doctor. Then they brought me into the room and I’ve been here for 20 mins waiting still and no doctor. This is ridiculous. And after seeing the appointment of bad review’s I’m surprised people still come here

I came for a cleaning appointment. I had to wait 50 minutes and I was the only one waiting. When I was called they only cleaned me with a sharp tool which made me bleeding and it took 10 minutes. They didn't brush my teeth with flouride paste... the machines also looked old and dirty. It was the worst experience I ever had with a dentist office. I should have checked the one start reviews before going there.

I just called to make an appointment, and she just hang up on me, wow I can't believe it. That just happened on may 19,2023. 11:55 AM Congratulations to your front desk people.

This is the worst dentist and eye place ever… i had to find a new dentist ASAP… first they got approved to do root canal and crown for me then when i kept trying to come in to do it they kept telling me my insurance was inactive… i KNOW my insurance wasn’t inactive and i kept telling them but they wouldn’t see me…long story short by the time they realize my insurance was active my approval had expired now at square one with tooth pain and my teeth decaying away!! And the eye doctor had the nerve to also tell me because me insurance was inactive they never sent out my glasses… mind you when they saw my insurance was active they gave me my glassses right away. This place makes me sick i recommend you find any dentist but this one.

Terrible service worse medical front desk experience every. I'm probably going to die before I get service here, lies, attitude, no follow up, very unprofessional. I'm only giving 1star because 0 wasn't a option avoid at all cost.

I have been going to this dentist for years. Moved out of state and came back and continued going, what a mistake. I’m about to find a new dentist. I had an appointment and they forget to schedule it in their system. I waiting for an hour only to find out they set my appointment for an hour later than I requested. Then the receptionist had the nerve to be rude and say the dentist is to see other patients and it’s only one person. That’s not my problem. Maybe try not congregating and having so much side conversation. I’ve been there where I’m the only person in the waiting area and don’t see a single person walk out and it took forever. Used to be an in and out place and really good but now they are too comfortable and standards have dropped.

Terrible place you can call for an appointment they schedule it months later then they don't even write the appointment down, if i could put a 0 i would

Great service, I one not go as offen as I should. This office is the best specially for those who are reluctant. You feel comfortable and most important everyone listens. Thanks I will return when told to.

I called this dentist office as my family member had a fall and needed emergency dentistry. Alexandra answered the phone and told me they do take emergency patients, but they needed an appt.... why would an emergency have an appt?? l explained the situation and she told me they are available in September. Mind you my family member is a past patient here. Get a better person to answer the phone and connect with patients that has a good phone manner and understands what an emergency is! I asked to speak with a supervisor or dentist and requested a call back. I never received a call back. I do not recommend this office and recommend you somewhere else. Every time we've come here the office is packed with people, your appointment time doesn't matter, and the staff is rude. WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!

Waste of time. These people cares nothing about helping people or much less serving this community. All they are interested in is billing your insurance.

This place is terrible I waited for 3 and half hours just to find out the only thing the lady was gonna do was pull out my tooth which I could have done myself and give me EXRAYS... the Russian lady pulled my a piece of my tooth out without even telling me... then she said I need to come back for a root canal NOPE I'm switching my dentist.

The first time I went there I just needed to do tooth pull just for one tooth. Instead she did root canal for another one of my teeth on the first day. The second time I went I said I only wanted to pull my tooth she said no I’m doing rootcanal on that teeth, and after maybe two weeks my damn tooth broke from inside. And maybe after a month the teeth that she did first the fillings came out. Now couple months later my good teeth is broken out completely and I’m so pist off right now!! I’m missing one tooth because of this place. The dentist doesn’t even explains what is going to be done, it’s like she does whatever she wants to without your knowledge. Just money greedy.

This place needs to be shut down. Waited for hours, all they have to tell me is that the doctor is leaving. Don't go to this place please save your time and your money for a better place.

The worst dentist ever don't go here ever service sucks been there three times just to get a root canal and never got it done 3rd time I went they saying they don't have the tools to do my root canal..IS YOU SERIOUS.. plus front desk is the worst they don't know what their doing they sent my referral to the wrong place... this place need to be shut down

Do not go here front desk rep are so rude when you call ... Waited a year just to make an appointment still can't make one due to their restrictions on what insurance is accepted on a specific day. Mind you this is my primary dentist. They don't care at all I have an emergency and they would rather push my appointment months later before having me be seen. Finally made the decision to switch my dentist! HORRIBLE. Word of advice- hire more friendly staff.

Honestly I regret going here , I fell and chipped my tooth down to the nerve Went in because they were the only dental office open memorial weekend who picked up there phone After my X-rays dentist came in no Introductions and simply said there's nothing we can do . I'm like what he than says I have nerve damage ( when actually the tooth only broke near the nerve) and that was that no compassion just cold. So I went and got a second opinion with another office which was way better and now I'm calling them to cancel the insurance referral they put in and getting the run around . Don't even go here worst experience ever

I had an appointment on July 30th 2016...keep in mind I'm in excruciating pain. My dentist informed me that I need a root canal, I don't have any problem with the Dentist he's very informative and patient..However it's his staff the front desk receptionist and the employee who sends the referrals are rude have terrible attitudes..I never experienced this in my life, it is now Aug 23 and I have yet to see the Dentist this is ridiculous.
