A Happy Smile Dental Office, PC

Started going there 3 months ago for a few issues including a molar extraction, had out in minutes. Staff is great. Ask questions and he will answer all of them.. and take care of any issues. My family goes there now also. Thank you to the whole staff.

This provider has been my dentist since 2017. Care and treatment is always straightforward, easy, friendly and compassionate. The facility is well maintained, clean, and modern. Staff is welcoming and kind. For any treatment beyond cleanings the dentist provides thorough, gentle, and quick service. Usually never a wait time past appointment times. Often I am in and out of my visit in under an hour. Easy to schedule or reschedule with flexible hours. Definitely takes most of the anxiety out of going to the dentist!

I am ecstatic with my entire experience with this office. Getting set up as a new patient was a breeze. I was able to get an appt quickly! The staff is so considerate and efficient!

I do not recommend this office to anyone, especially any fellow military families. It’s hard enough to find a good dentist who is thorough and makes you feel comfortable while you’re moving every few years, but being treated like a number is just awful. He rushed through my entire appointment. I had 4 cavities that needed to be filled. There was no communication from the dentist. He was rough with everything he did. My cheek and gums are so cut up it hurts to open my mouth or eat/drink. He was going so fast through this procedure he actually punctured my lip with a tool while trying to race to get it out of my mouth like it was a marathon. The tool was stuck in my lip and my lip was pulled away from my face before he even realized it was stuck in my lip!! Thank God I was numbed. He never said a word, didn’t inspect the site where my lip was stabbed, and said nothing once the procedure was done. Now I have a huge hole (a sore now because it went through my lip!!) inside my lip just from that incident. Towards the end of the procedure I was feeling some pain with what he was doing. My mouth was being held open so I couldn’t talk but I did grunt a couple times to make it obvious I was in pain. He did nothing. Didn’t acknowledge me or offer anything. Just kept doing what he was doing. God forbid you take any of his precious time (THAT YOURE PAYING FOR). The assistant was nice but she was rushing too - probably not her fault but the pushy dentist she works for. She was gouging my cheek and tongue the whole time with the suction tool. Once he was done with the procedure I was given no aftercare instructions or spoken to at all. He just walked out to the next patient and I was left sitting there. I got up and walked to the front desk after checking my lip and gums in the restroom. I paid and told them I would never be back and signed my patient information release form then and there. The receptionist was nice and kept apologizing but it wasn’t her fault obviously. I will

I had a root canal done here 2 1/2 years ago, I told him afterward with the crown that it kept hurting, he told me I just needed to get used to it. Well here I am sitting in Germany with an x-ray that he never extended to root canal post to the very bottom, it only goes in a tiny bit. I have an infection in my jaw, and get to pay for another root canal (to get it done properly) and a new crown. The crown he rounded out way too much and didn't even resemble a tooth. The day I had him do the root canal I felt like he was rushing the entire time. If I could give a 0 star rating I would. I still know people in NY and tell everyone not to go see you.

If I could give zero I would. Do not use them for any kind of service they ignore their patients needs and when they express concern. I had to have a molar pulled as an emergency, I told them I’ll need antibiotic and pain killer and they denied me. I called again five hours later saying pain was getting worse and that I need that stuff, they never called me back and said that dentist do not prescribe anything. I ended up having to go to ER in carthage Saturday night, I had an abscess from the tooth being removed. Ok still in pain because er can only give while there not scripts and on amoxicillin clav for the infection missed two days of work and a baseball size swelling all because they told me to just take Morton and Tylenol together and ignored when I said it wasn’t working. Now I have a nice fat ER bill, save yourself the money. To add insult to injury they were not sorry for causing an infection and declining to treat it but they also hung up on me when I called next business day.

Excellent experience. The office staff were friendly and the dentist and his hygienists were awesome.

DONT GO TO HAPPY SMILE DENTAL OFFICE THE OFFICE MANAGER IS RUDE AS F$*^$ I COMPLAINED ABOUT THE GIRLS UPFRONT AND HER RESPONSE WAS BECAUSE THEY WERE GETTING FRUSTRATED IF WE GET THE WORD.OUT LADIES PLEASE THE DENTIST IS NOT A PEOPLE PERSON EITHER PLEASE FORWARD THIS TO EVERYONE THAT IS THINKING OF GOING THERE OR HAVE BEEN AND ARE BEINg MISTREATED BY THE GIRLS UPFRONT MANAGER IS RUDE AS WELL DISNT EVEN BOTHER TO APOLOGIZE AND I WILL BE REPORTING THEM AND MANAGER AS WELL SHE HAS NO SENSE OF MANAGEMENT 0 STARS FOR QUALITY AND RESPECTFULNES ITS ALL OVER FT DRUM NOW YOU'RE WELCOME WILL BE REPORTING YOU TO BBB

I love this dentist office. My kids enjoy the play area. Open doors to the rooms so I can hear and see them when needed . Kids enjoy and have no problem with getting teeth checked . They are so kind and respectful and let the kids feel comfortable when cleaning teeth . I love this place my kids are eager to come .

I Highly recommend A Happy Smile Dental Clinic to anyone; youth to adult, nervous and anxious minds to people who suffer from anxiety! The staff is always so kind and easy to talk to. Dr Nguyen is simply AMAZING. I suffer from moderate/severe anxiety and he was so patient amd thorough with me. I DID NOT FEEL A THING. His bed side manner is admirable. His assistant, Lauren, was super sweet and straight forward about the proceedure and any dos and don't for after. The Dr and staff at this dental clinic have been so good to us that we plan to drive back from Pa (4hr drive) for each of our annual check ups.💛 Oh, and the prices are so resobable! Thank you so much for being so wonderful!

I highly recommend this place. I came here with a half finished root canal for which I needed two appointments to complete. The dentist has an excellent bedside manner and completed the work in a timely fashion. I am happy with the work in my mouth. The office staff are friendly and courteous and the office is comfortable and pleasant. I bring my four young children here as well and the hygienists and dentist work well with them as well. The office is efficiently run so appointments run on time.

Excellent experience here, I’ve been going here ever since 2015. The front desk staff is friendly and they accept TriCare. They do a great job cleaning my teeth and hygienists and dentists are all very knowledgeable!

Absolutely 1st class! My wife and I are very pleased to have finally found a professionally staffed dental practice that actually cares. My wife had been a Dental Assistant prior to the children's arrival. She had worked for a Dentist that families would fly in from other states to visit his practice! We were saddened when he had retired, and have felt adrift until finding this office. She raves about the thoroughness of Dr. Nguyen and his hygienists! I was thrilled that he saved my tooth and did so painlessly. We've found that every member of the staff care as much for us, as Dr. Nguyen does!

Best dentist in the area, if I didn't have to move away Dr. Fondak would have been our family dentist for life.
