I was so impressed with this dental office. I don't even have the right insurance and I will pay out of pocket to take my kids with high anxiety there, the dentist was so patient and reassuring. Where other dentists wanted to refer my son out to be put under since he wouldn't cooperate he was able ease his fears and work with him. I went again recently with my boyfriend, and again was so impressed and happy with the experience and surprised by the reasonable prices too.

I've been going to Northern Catskill for several years now and have nothing but repect and admiration for them all. Everything from routine check ups to a root canal and extractions. Dr. Spinosa has always been professional and up front. He and his staff have been able to get me in quickly and have worked with me as far as billing issues when needed. My opinion is, they are all fantastic and I'll be a patient of thiers for as long as I have teeth.

I was on a long vacation just leaving Dreams Park and heading to Canada. I broke a tooth the morning I was leaving . I called the office and they got me in with out a wait. Dr Spinosa was great! He told me I'd need a crown and that I should see my local dentist when I get home. He cleaned up the tooth and put in a temporary filling. It feels like a regular tooth not a cheap patch job. On top of that he only charged me for an office visit. He said it only took a few minutes no need to charge you for the filling. If he was by me he'd be my new dentist. Great job doc....
