I search and search for a great dentist because I can't stand the whole experience of someone in my mouth!! LoL.... But lemme tell ya I had to find a dentist in network immediately because I needed a crown after my previous dentist cancelled my crown appointment 3 times I guess due to my Insurance not responding approving whatever. Caught my previous dentist lying his way out of a situation. His office calling me with rudeness. etc... So When I found Dr. V he treated me kindly graciously and like I was part of his family!!! I think the search for looking for a decent dentist is FINALLY over. if anyone is looking for a GREAT DENTIST you won't go wrong here. I give him and his staff not just 5 stars but 500 stars and more!!!! Try him out, 31 years in practice this guy knows what he's doing. 💙 Thankyou Dr. V!!!

I had a root canal done by this doctor in 2022. After about 7 Months, I had pain and I was told by other 2 different dentists the root canal needs to be redone. This doctor didn't do it right.

Terrible customer service. They never answer the phone for anything, they never call you back if you leave a message. If you REALLY want to come here you're honestly better off driving here, but, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Find another dentist that your insurance covers.

The dentist ruined one of my tooth, had me go back to “fix” it, it never got fixed, instead billed me for it. I tried call to make an appointment to fix it again and nobody ever answered the phone. I ended up getting a new dentist who had to undo the entire filling and redo the whole thing again. Now I’m been harassed by them for a balance of $12 when I feel they are the ones that owe me. Worst service ever.

Absolutely 10/10 wouldn’t recommend this shady dentist to anyone not only are they tucked away in the back corner of medical office their professionalism and courtesy towards customers are horrific and unjust I would definitely avoid this dentist

This guy is a hack! Go visit him if you want to return several times to have him redo what he screwed up on previous visits!! Then he has the audacity to charge exorbitant fees for horrible work!!

Talk about screwing over patients. I called to check on scheduling 2 weeks ago. NOBODY was answering phones. Got a text to confirm my apt. I replied and showed up to my apt. Well they said my apt was cancelled and NOBODY informed me. Instead of taking ownership they blame their "system". Receptionist could not even apologize and did not care. Complete waste of time and the worst patient care in CNY. Screenshot attached from message that went out.
