I always leave my appointments feeling great. Today I had Morgan as my dental hygienist and she was phenomenal! Dr. Lopez continues to give a 5 star experience. I always look forward to my 6month cleaning and exam. Highly recommend this facility!

I have seen many dentists over the years, and have never had a great experience. This basically gave me dentist PTSD, where going to a dentist made me feel anxious and like throwing up… Imagine my surprise when I first came to Dr. Lopez at Dental Health Solutions: the building is immaculately clean, the staff are all cheerful and happy to see me, the machines and devices used are all new and spotless. Dr. Lopez himself is literally the nicest most genuinely happy dentist! He treats you like a friend, and talks to you like a person. They take frequent breaks during procedures, and always check in with you to see how you’re doing and that your pain level is managed. I am just so happy I was able to finally find a great dentist! If you couldn’t tell, I highly recommend Dr. Lopez as your dentist. He makes you feel like family.

Had to have some work done and once again could not have been happier nor more satisfied Dr. Lopez made me so very comfortable and also made me not fear being at the dentist. I highly recommend this practice to all They are the very best, since they know what they are doing and get the job done because the patient is their number one concern. I should mention the absolutely whole staff is number one in my book.

Very nice and efficient staff. Extremely clean and welcoming environment. Beautiful waiting area. Never have had to wait for service. Staff explains everything that will be done and checks for comfort through out visit. They genuinely care about their clients and get to know them. By my third visit, Dentist and assistants even noticed my hair color change and remember what I do for a living. Like a family place.

By far the best dental office I’ve ever been to.

Terrible service, they don’t care about the patient whatsoever. Lopez calls everyone “ My Friend” False, the only time your his friend is if you are filling their pockets. My family and I have been going to that dentist long before Lopez showed up. Over 30 years. They claimed I owed them 90$ and never called me or contacted me. They then said they sent it to collections and won’t take me as a patient because the “Dr patient trust” was broken by me. My family has spent an unreal amount of money there. Now.. we are leaving. Going to BALDWINSVILLE FAMILY DENTISTRY I offered to pay upfront and the 90$ I had no idea about, for services and they didn’t want to work with me. I’ll smile as I hand someone else my money “ Inaccurate?” Are you suggesting that what I have spelled out above is a lie? If so please just say so, I will respond legally. Also, It is in Hippa violation to discuss any of my medical business with ANYONE ( even my parent) once I am over the age of 18 with out my permission, you have violated this in the past, I have a witness to that, and if you want to continue I have no issues with that either.

The staff is always polite and very good at seeing you in a timely manner. Cleanest dentist office I’ve ever been to! Would highly recommend to all!

My experience with this dental office has been nothing short of amazing. My first time there for a cleaning (I had been longer than the average 6mo cleaning) was great. They spent extra time and effort in making sure my teeth were clean. Took pictures of various cavities that needed to be filled. Office staff were very friendly. Next visit was my first ever filling. I was very anxious as I did not know what to expect. The staff explained the whole procedure. I did not feel a thing. They explained everything they used during the procedure and what they were doing. I was interested to see what it looked like after so they took a picture for me. I have been very impressed with their services.

After going through multiple bad experiences with other dentists I'm so relieved to have found Dr. Lopez. My dental nightmare turned into a big project and Dr. Lopez went above and beyond to get my smile back. He always ensures I have no pain or discomfort during my procedures and his work speaks for itself. I've recommended him to all of my friends and family because I know how hard it is to find an office where you feel comfortable and confident in your doctor.

After two years without a dentist, Dr. Lopez came to us very highly recommended. I was not disappointed. As a new patient, I was very pleased with the office, Dr. Lopez and my hygienist (Nicole.) My 12 year old daughter did not have a positive experience with her hygienist. However, because the office and Dr. Lopez are so incredible, going forward we will just make sure to not schedule cleanings with that particular hygienist.

I love this place. I have dentist anxiety and everyone here is so caring and patient with me. I recommend this office 110%! Everybody knows my name, they make me feel like I'm appreciated. And now I have my confidence back with my nice teeth!!

The new office is exceptional along with the staff. My personal thoughts were that the office has a very north western feel to it and I liked it. Free Keurig coffee for your wait and big comfy chairs to wait in as well. Today was my first appointment as a new patient and the entire experience was great. They do a number of different treatments, so if you need it done....they probably do it.
