I am so thankful I found Upstate Family Dental! Annette is always so helpful when it comes to scheduling my appointments and makes you feel like family from the start! After Bobbi did my first cleaning here, my teeth immediately felt SO smooth + clean, I could tell that she really took the time to make sure I left feeling confident in my smile!! If I could give Dr. Cohn and the team here 7 stars, I would happily do so. I must be one of the neediest patients possible owing to the fact that my anxiety in a dental setting could also be rated at 7 stars. I live about an hour from her practice, but even if I lived a thousand miles away, I would fly home just to drive to here and have my needs addressed solely due to her wonderful and compassionate handling of my anxiety. She makes it a point to reassure me before, during and after any type of required procedure. She goes out of her way to play music that calms my nerves and pauses procedures to wipe the wimpy crocodile tears from the side of my face. She doesn’t even get mad when I bite her fingers. (Inadvertently 😉) She’s obviously an extremely phenomenal and competent practitioner of the dental arts on top of this. She makes my big blocky Shrek teeth look like the dental equivalent of the Mona Lisa after every procedure. Her entire team follows the examples she sets in kindness, compassionate care, and a client first outlook that outshines everyone else in the field. Seriously. Her pricing structure is the most client friendly I’ve ever seen and you’ll always receive the most relevant, useful and impactful oral care advice at every visit. She will always do her best to ensure you visit her as little as possible while never shying away from advising you on the care you need. If you have children, there’s no question that they should be seen here. If you’re looking to make a change in your dental care, you should let distance be no obstacle in making this your location of choice. Honestly, if you think your current dentist is great, you should probably still switch providers and come to Upstate Family Dental. Offices I have been to were not friendly or caring about my great fear. WOW! The entire staff made this 60 year old comfortable and at ease. Dr. Cohn is fantastic!
