I had an emergency. My crown fell off my tooth. Dr. John had me come in right at 5pm. He was very accommodating and took great care of me. He took his time and we went past regular office hours. A great experience. Dr. Havens was very professional and gave me an honest opinion on my teeth. I needed one small filling and we discussed bleaching that I was interested in. It was only after that I told him that my previous dentist on Grand Island had retired and the new dentist there (who seemed rushed and was not personable) told me I needed 10 fillings! Fortunately I got a second opinion. I will be staying with Dr. Havens!
